We all have those days: "He had it coming!" "I just need an additional 100k for law school!" Thankfully for those unjustly serving 20 years without parole or struggling to pay for debts the cops don't need to know about, there's a better way. What I've learned from years of watching cliché-ridden heist and prison break films, the first way forward in these situations is to form a ragtag band to either rob the largest bank in the city or organize a MacGyver-esque plan to bust out, preferably, and with dramatic emphasis due to some other story excuse or another, tonight.

So without further ado, the following list, which is for the record not ranked on preference of any kind totally, is the closest I'll get to a "Diplomatic Affairs" Factbook, and consists of nations/individuals/space furries I would request to form a ragtag coalition to finally break the Big One, or contrarily bust out of this joint, tonight:
