Lost Luggage: Dead region, bad memories with this region, minimal or no amount of activity, is a raider, or it supports hate, fascism, racism, etc.
Windswept: Embassy-active region, Roleplay-active region, or is a puppet storage.
Hidden Gem: Region with at least 200 residents, semi-dead region, small amount of activity, region’s 2nd time being featured, or I like the region.
Rising Star: Region with at least 500 residents, moderate or average amount of activity, region’s 3rd time being featured, or I really like the region.
Beacon of Glory: Region with at least 1,000 residents, has a large amount of activity, region’s 4th time being featured or more, or I love this region.
Crown Jewel: Region with 5,000 residents or more, has a gigantic amount of activity, is extremely popular, or I really love this region.
Special Starlight Award: Featured on a holiday or special occasion, I have had the best memories with this region, or I would definitely reside here if I wanted to.

Passenger Railroad Car: Moderately active region with at least 250 residents, active and/or functional regional government/discord, or I really like this region.
[Upgrade] - Locomotive Car: Featured on a holiday or special occasion, I love this region, or this is the region's 3rd time being featured.
