Foreign policy
the foreign policy of the NDR:Any unauthorised person or aircraft/ship in the territory of the NDR will be shot down or imprisoned with risk of execution. If a nation decides to do it 'anyway' it will be your own risk and you will take responsibility for the outcome. If a nation wishes to move something over or in our territory you must ask permission at the ministry of foreign affairs.
