Wouldn't even let on the train: Has to be a horrible region, for example, a fascist region, a homophobic region, racist region etc.Coach Class: Dead Region, or I don't like the region (somewhat), but can tolerate them on the train.
Premium Coach Class: Semi-Dead Region, or I like the region.
Business Class: I really like this region.
First Class: I love this region so much, that if I weren't congratulating featured regions, I would most likely reside in that region, or make it my permanent region.
