Succession of The Greater Changeling Empire

After public outcry against Changeling activities and pressure from several world leaders, the Known Daughters of Empress Metamorphosis settled their differences and codified their traditions on passing the mantel of Changeling Empress.

The Changeling house laws are as followed;
1. Twelve queens shall make up one generation
2. The Twelve Queens shall have a competition to see who is the most adapted to the modern environment
3. The winner shall become the Empress, her sisters swearing fealty to her until their deaths
4. The Empress shall birth the next generation
5. The Empress's sisters may not interfere with the new generation.
5a. An Empress's sisters may be visited by the children of the Empress at any time the children wish
6. If a queen is born outside of the agreed time, they will be grouped with the closest generation
7. Designated areas will be the location for these competitions
8. Confrontation must be limited to these boundaries
