INTRODUCTION
Background
    In the ashes of the Ottoman from every war in its last ten years of its existence, the millions martyred, the Turkish Nation led to salvation under the command of Mustafa Kemal Paşa in the establishment of the Republic of Türkiye in 1923. Ensuring that sovereignty unconditionally belongs to the Turkish Nation, which is based on Turkish heroism and the roots of Turkic culture.

GEOGRAPHY
Location
    Bounded to the north by Caspian Sea, to the east by Georgia and Iran, to the south by the Mediterranean and the Middle East, and to the west the rest of the European Union.

Climate

    The coastal areas of Türkiye bordering the Aegean and Mediterranean Seas have a temperate Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers and mild to cool, wet winters. The coastal areas bordering the Black Sea have a temperate oceanic climate with warm, wet summers and cool to cold, wet winters.

    Türkiye is made up of the plains of Anatolia, and forests of the Black Sea, semi-arid lands, natural lakes and the coastlines of the Aegean and Mediterranean, and the mountains of Rumelia

ECONOMY
Economic Overview
    The economy of Türkiye is a highly developed mixed economy which is the 8th largest world wide and 3rd largest in the European Union. It is the world's largest economy in the world. The Turkish economy is subscribed to the 'State-Holding Theory' of economics as is Türkiye largely dominated by 'Holdings', with Enveroğlu Holding, Koç Holding, and Ciner Holding making up an estimated 63%-68% of the economy. The rest of the economy being divided between state-owned and private corporations.

Population
    Türkiye is formed by various ethnic groups, the largest the Turks, followed by Armenians, other Turkic Groups, Laz, Zazas, Yazidis, Circassians, and immigrant communities, the largest of which are Japanese. Other notable immigrant communities include Americans, other EU Citizens, Australians, and Iranians

Religions

    Only between 26-30% of Turks identify as practicing any faith, 82% of which identify as Muslim, followed by Christians at 14%, the rest following Judaism. Though, the rest of the population do not identify as practicing any faith, only 36-42% of Turks identify as agnostic, with the rest identifying as atheist.

Society

    Turkish society is largely defined by the trauma of final years of the Ottoman Empire, and the subsequent War of Independence. Today, Turkish society is seen as extremely patriotic outside of Türkiye. The reforms seen the Turkish Nation following both, led by Mustafa Kemal Paşa, have shaped Turkish society, from language to everyday culture being reshaped to adapt to the trauma leading to the formation of the Republic.
