The Council of Bodies
The Council of Bodies was established by Queen Asta Bonnet as the new legislature of the country. It consists of three main bodies and numerous smaller orbits. Collectively the bodies make all of the major decisions while the orbits are included into the smaller committees along with members of bodies. Nearly every member of the bodies and orbits are part of at least one committee. A representative of the queen presides over them all and has the ability to veto anything.
Body of the Moon - Fifty members consisting of noble Vespergalians

Orbit of Man - Five virtuous blue humans
Orbit of the Widows - Fifteen representatives of the Saelvor clan of Red Widows
Orbit of Merchants - Three representatives of major mercantile companies
Orbit of Industry - Five representatives from the top Vespergalian companies
Orbit of Conflict - Five members of the active military
Orbit of Nature - Three ecologists
Orbit of Planning - Five representatives of major architect and engineering companies

An act sponsored by the queen that established virtuous blues as a separate class of citizen below Vespergalians but above native humans. Virtuous blues are humans marked with a
blue hourglass given to all complying humans when entering adulthood. Becoming a virtuous blue gives humans access to a driving license, affordable loan programs, military prospects, college education, among other incentives.
Official recognition of Celestials as equal to Vespergalians as a class.
Banned all forms of Christianity within Vespergale. Establishes Fontransi as the official religion of Vespergale and various programs to foster Fontransi back to the state it was in before the reign of the Erna regime. Gives opportunity to receive government grants to aid in creating new shrines and temples of Fontransi in both Vespergale and foreign states.
