The Rogue Nation of Yian Kut-Ku is a large, orderly nation, renowned for its triple-decker prams, frequent executions, and lack of airports. The cynical, devout population of 94 million Yian Kut-Kuans are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives, however, citizens are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet.

The large, socially-minded, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Spirituality, Administration, and Defense. The average income tax rate is 53.2%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The sizeable but underdeveloped Yian Kut-Kuan economy, worth 3.48 trillion Bullion Pesos a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector, which is quite specialized, is led by the Trout Farming industry, with significant contributions from Information Technology, Tourism, and Basket Weaving. Average income is 37,002 Bullion Pesos, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Politicians are often seen attending regional history classes at primary schools within their constituencies, statues of famous citizens are erected or demolished on a purely partisan basis, the path to inner peace is paved with state-mandated punishment, and nature magazines featuring stick insects on their covers are sometimes mistaken for fashion magazines. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Yian Kut-Ku's national animal is the Tecuani, which is also the nation's favorite main course.

Yian Kut-Ku is ranked 71,303rd in the world and 17th in Nuevo Amanecer for Best Weather, with 105 Meters Of Sunlight.
