The People of The East Pacific

Without trying to pretend that The East Pacific doesn't have its own issues, I'd like to point out how our elections must be the best in all of NationStates. Candidates and voters are good humored and everyone seems to get along even while debating. We haven't seen ad hominem attacks or negativity. Elsewhere, the ability to disagree civilly is nearly a lost art. Please don't ever let it be lost here. We really do have a great bunch of people here who care about the region and the fact that we sometimes passionately disagree on policies is proof of that. The fact that we disagree, debate, shake hands, and work together at the end is proof of our character as a region.
