The rise of the Slongs (somewhat WIP)

Sometime in history when a war was raging between two, now both destroyed, unknown nations, defectors of those two nations decided to flee their respective countries, settle somewhere and start a new life.
Little is known about who those countries were and what started the war, all that is now known is the difference in culture of the two countries is prevelent in the culture of what is now known as Slongs. Tho the first few hundred of years were a bit hectic due to the war, the people managed to get along.
