The European Security Council hereby possesses the ability to introduce legislation, eject/banject members, try members for crime, uphold legislation, and create/amend constitutions.
Legislation is passed with a tie and a majority.
Constitutions must be passed with a 7/10 majority.
All must be done in good faith of the Region.
