Alfred Winterdahl - Wikipedia

Alfred Winterdahl (Born August 5th 1991) is the Wise and Just Ruler of Sinnsroway, having been annointed ruler at age 20 after the retirement of his predecessor.

Alfred was an only child of an upper middle-class family[1], described to have a happy upbringing by his childhood friends[2]. His early life was described as "A fine upbringing, albeit seemingly fairly unremarkable until he was annoited." by his long-time friend and Prime Minister (through nepotism) Aiden Solberg[3]. He remained a fairly obscure figure until the day that he took his country's mandatory Government Profession Assignment Document. He scored a record 99% on the hundred-page GPAD in the areas of leadership and governance[4], which usually took days to properly format and submit. His submission qualified him for potentially taking the role of Wise and Just Ruler when the next retired - a proposition he "gladly accepted" according to the retired Minister of Information[5]. He would prove the most effective candidate and was installed by the Surpreme Court of All Sinnsroway as leader.

His rise to power was controversial due to his young age and his relative lack of experience, though outcry died out after the government consistently ignored all cases of it.

Alfred is one of the youngest leaders of the modern day, taking power at age 20 and maintaining a very high position on the list due to his age of 27[6]. He has developed a significant cult of personality among his subjects, and is considered within the state to be one of the best examples of a Benevolent Dictator in history[7].
