Visitors to Keltsvia must obtain a visa from one of the Keltsvian diplomatic missions unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries.

Holders of passports of the following 56 jurisdictions can enter Keltsvia without a visa for a stay up to 90 days within any 180 day period:

Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea (South), Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saint Kitts and Nevis, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tajikistan, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City.

Holders of passports of the following jurisdiction can enter Keltsvia without a visa for a stay up to 90 days within any 365 day period:

Argentina.

Holders of passports of the following 3 jurisdictions can enter Keltsvia without a visa for a stay up to 30 days within any 60 day period:

Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei, Serbia.

Visa on arrival

Citizens of the following 33 jurisdictions can obtain a visa after arriving at Ceri Gelu Airport. That visa upon arrival has a validity of 15 days.

Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, Bahamas, Bahrein, Barbados, China, Dominica, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mauritius, Mexico, Micronesia, New Zealand, Oman, Palau, Peru, Qatar, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, Singapore, Timor-Leste, Trinidad and Tobago, Tuvalu, United Arab Emirates, Vanuatu.

Non-ordinary passports

Additionally, only holders of diplomatic or official/service passports of Cambodia, China, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Iran, Kuwait, Laos, Mexico, Morocco, Peru, Qatar, Singapore, Thailand, Turkmenistan, Uruguay, Venezuela and Vietnam do not require a visa for Keltsvia.
