Another Undisclosed Emergency Meeting with the Lucian Tripartite and Declaration of War against Raiding (18/3/2232 AD)

*Scene starts, with Miya, Lena, Julie, and Alessandra on a four-person table.*

Empress Miya Konohana: "I need your attention, please, everyone. This is some very, very serious stuff we need to discuss."

Lena Vitelli: "Greetings from Italy, Lena and Alessandra is pleased to meet you."

Julie Horakova: "I'm Julie, the Prime Minister of one of 28 E.U. nations."

Empress Miya Konohana: "Please take your seats."

Julie Horakova: "Your Majesty Miya, how can we be of assistance this day?"

Empress Miya Konohana: "Not very well, I'm afraid. We keep seeing more regions dying everywhere I looked; I say there were twenty of them. Our operations aren't simply going fast enough by our standards."

Lena Vitelli: "My friend, I know what you may be feeling, but about the STORM Union and Cordelia."

Empress Miya Konohana: "The STORM Union can go mess up other regions themselves, even going after against this D-DEN officer, I won't care. When my predecessor was in power, we go a long way back and see what the West side of the Pacific has to offer. We even split a province just once, that is it, and we left peacefully. Now that region gets screwed up and we have to fight for it."

Lena Vitelli: "Your Majesty Miya, we have the spring festival taking place in Selkie, but to your knowledge, what is it?"

Empress Miya Konohana: "I'm referring to Scarlet's multiverse map I still have on here it is actually Nirn. Nirn is a very brutal place to live, filled with magic and adventure, but when it comes to survival, it means everything. Demura Isono plotted a few training operations on a few selected worlds: Eden, Nirn, GTA World, and the Simsverse, which is not on here. Three of the four will give us the strong technology we needed to push back the invaders. Eden will give us stronger magic for our deities to use should be overtake it."

Alessandra Biscardi: "What about Vitello?"

Lena Vitelli: "My guardian, let's stick with something that's important to her first."

Alessandra Biscardi: "..."

Julie Horakova: "You're saying that these planets of interest would serve as a starting point of our expansion with the aid of our allies. The damned fairies might have an eye on it, too, they already observed in the Simsverse, and might be able to expand that into GTA World real soon."

Lena Vitelli: "I know Spriggans, they're the closest thing to fairy-affiliated creatures, but no actual fairies there, just butterflies on Nirn."

Empress Miya Konohana: "I'll inform my prince who is still out exploring to go look for the missing green spire cut that is Tiberium and the other three artifacts. We need to deal with this former DEN officer ASAP."

Julie Horakova: "We are working on it, but I am still facing troubles within mine, stupid overprotective copyright reforms trying to stifle my inspirations."

Lena Vitelli: "As for me, even though I may be the most peaceful of the three, I have to be ready against STORM and other raiders in case as fast as I can."

Empress Miya Konohana: "Good, good. Unfortunately, she is well on her way close to that of Scarlet's former peak, we need to take Touhou off the map before she gets the chance to revitalize it in her vision. It will definitely hurt Scarlet and will send him reeling to the hills. We just have to wait a bit longer for it to occur."

Julie Horakova: "Aren't we missing something else on what's at stake?"

Lena Vitelli: "Yeah, how are we going to fight against someone that's lucky enough to survive everything thrown at her?"

Empress Miya Konohana: "We need to ally stronger regions that can trust us, not something that can be easily regretted later down the road. Perhaps the ones in certain regions responsible for tackling her down in the past might be of good use. I already sent that last message for good on that leader, and we're going to send a direct message just like it to the rest of the raider communities."

Lena Vitelli: "Are you seriously committed into this? Italy is still not that well prepared against such invasions."

Empress Miya Konohana: "I'm left with no choice, if we are to survive with all this torment she inflicts, this is the path we are going, by counter-raiding theirs when we get the chance. We keep our borders locked so that no one tries to get in until Scarlet is confirmed out of my very sight; and I suggest you do the same, Lena and Julie."

Julie Horakova: "Can't do that with E.U. being active and being super strict. I am doing very good with the military and will keep at it."

Lena Vitelli: "I can, but it might stifle my tourism goals, I might be able to steal some of her tourists onto Italy. I am honest in my words that I might put up a good fight with my magical girl armies. My scouts have already pinpointed locations of STORM in northern Italy, not yet expanding, but they might soon."

Empress Miya Konohana: "I'm still waiting for my lazy prince to retrieve the four artifacts my scientists needed to upgrade that legendary spear of his dream form, and I can't wait any longer on that, it must be done."

Lena Vitelli: "I have to give the Spring Festival a chance to pass before you can send your Lucian prince there, we can't just outright send our operatives that far into Nirn."

Empress Miya Konohana: "We have to make sure there are NO raiders in our regions, we'll start shooting them on sight as soon as I give out the speech and propaganda against the raiders. This is our time now, no more cowering behind closed doors and shunning us from doing our best. We are also fighting against crime, piracy, and terrorism as well, so let us put a stop to that too. You're dismissed."

*Some time later, Empress Miya Konohana and Niya Tidsean are standing on the top floor of the renovated Imperial Palace, a silver light emanates from the building that shoots a harmless beam into the sky to give everyone nearby attention.*

Empress Miya Konohana: "Can I have your undivided, urgent attention, please?"

*A huge crowd of people from kilometers wide stopped whatever they are doing and looking up at the glowing building.*

Empress Miya Konohana: "Hear me out, fellow Lucians! The time for their reigns of terror out of many is over... we are ready to hit them back! We are sending the message to all of these invaders that we won't tolerate or condone this anymore and are about to unleash our fullest potential!"

Niya Tidsean: "In the words of the Nine Divines, let light fill you in on the harsh reality we are in. In these difficult times, this faith strives to put the Man in front and the rest to follow humanity's lead. You left your Earth years ago, and in order to keep on surviving, this is what we have to do, we keep seeking answers and only the master Creator can fulfill us. You are the saviors of this universe, providing the best advice to Man to fulfill His dreams. Never forget who you are as specks of the universe from the Pleiades. Thank you and blessings from Niya."

Empress Miya Konohana: "We need to strike our hardest against the very stain on this matrix, once defeated by the Almighty Ones, but still unrelenting in her pursuit of wanton destruction. We are calling out to every single region in existence knowing that the whole bickering of the left-right and capitalist/socialist initiatives are clearly wrong in their heads, that races are taught with respect and integrity, and freeing ourselves from entropy! We will not stop in our pursuit of happiness, but we must not forget what we are, the united races of the universe. Let us get out there and spread our propaganda against these raiders showing them that we are here to persevere. This is the 23rd century, people; we're going to make a HUGE difference together!"

*The silver light then slowly vanishes from the building, leaving many people wondering in awe but shortly ingrained with searing memories that causes them to put out posters promoting unity to the universe.*
