The Place RMB Rules

Chat Rules For Members of The Place
By using The Place's Regional Message Board (RMB), you agree to the following terms:

[1] No spam (repeating messages, posting unnecessarily long messages simply to fill the RMB)

[2] Use spoilers for excessively long posts (longer than 3 normal RMB messages)

[3] No racist comments

[4] No hate speech/harassment

[5] Nothing unreasonably vulgar/inappropriate (up to the Chat Moderators' discretion)

[6] No disclosure of identifying personal information others unless they provide consent (including but not limited to: name, physical location, age, etc).
(consent must be provided via a quoteable RMB post. If the quoted post is deleted, then from that point on, the consent no longer applies unless expressively given again by the person in question)

[7] Any posts which alter quotes will be suppressed except if the alteration censors content from a post which breaks another one of these rules, and no other content from the quoted post has been edited

[8] If you do not agree with one of your posts being suppressed, you may appeal to the chat moderators on the RMB. Do so politely and respectfully, or else they will not be generous towards you.

Violation of the aforementioned chat rules will lead to the offending posts being suppressed and, if the behavior continues, a ban from the region.
