The World Assembly Security Council Proposal [b][i]"Liberate the Federation of Conservative Nations"[/i][/b] was a failed proposal by [nation]Sonoraland[/nation], a [region]Union of Conservative States[/region] WA puppet in violation of NS law (multi-WA accounts), to open up the [b][region]Federation of Conservative Nations[/region][/b] to the possibility of invasion and removing the democratically elected [nation=namelong]Washingtonian Republic[/nation] as the FCN's World Assembly Delegate.

On September 28, 2018, [nation=namelong]Sonoraland[/nation] was founded as a World Assembly puppet (most likely of [nation]The United Australian States[/nation], who was also a WA member at the time, a violation of NS rules). Sonoraland, on the same day it was founded and joined the WA, created a proposal to Liberate the FCN. 

Immediately, the FCN's government suspected Sonoraland of being a UCS puppet, likely a puppet of one of the USC's government members. 

The proposal received enough WA Delegate votes to be queued and voted on by the entire World Assembly Security Council on October 2, 2018. However, 10 of those votes were UCS created WA puppet nations.

The proposal failed after four days of voting, being defeated [color=blue]3,892 for[/color] to [color=red]12,243 against[/color].

On October 4, 2018, both [nation]Sonoraland[/nation] and [nation]The United Australian States[/nation] were ejected from the WA for breaking NS rules. The United Australian States resigned from the offices of Minister of Inter-regional Affairs and World Assembly Delegate of the UCS the same day and entered voluntary exile to [region]The Cemetery[/region]. The position of Minister of Inter-regional Affairs remains vacant but [nation=namelong]San Carlos Islands[/nation] took over as World Assembly Delegate of the UCS.

After it became apparent the proposal would fail, [nation=namelong]Crimsonfield[/nation], the UCS's Prime Minister, resigned from his office on October 3. [nation=namelong]Pigarian Repupublic[/nation] took over the position on October 6.

The founders of the [region]Union of Conservative States[/region] have had enmity toward the [region]Federation of Conservative Nations[/region] since their failed [b][url=https://www.nationstates.net/page=dispatch/id=1093039]coup from September 7-15 2018[/url][/b] where [nation]Christian Bounds[/nation], [nation]Crimsonfield[/nation], and [nation]San Carlos Islands[/nation] DDoSed [nation]Gagium[/nation]'s wifi, who is the current President of the FCN as of writing.

[nation]The United Australian States[/nation] apologized to [nation]Gagium[/nation] about everything that happened following the proposal's failure. The FCN's government pardoned the UAS for his actions shortly after.

[i]Crimsonfield and his affiliates are a negative, an attribute that is unfortunately all too common in the digital world. It’s sickening how one of our former members attempted to pin a false label on our region, and was willing to use ideological opposition to fulfill his objective of taking down the FCN. The fallacious SC resolution further smears the image of the WA, the supranational legislature fails to check and monitor their authority.[/i]
