Opposition to military police part three

The Emperor's Guest Chambers
The assassin looked at his watch. He's late! Was the plot found out? The man heard heavily armored feet running in, if not towards the room. As the door broke down from a high-powered kick, he threw his daggers at the first man he saw... unfortunately, it was just a soldier, not the target. The remaining soldiers piled upon him and placed him under arrest.
Two weeks later
As the soldiers marched the prisoners to the Dead Man's Swing, the assassin looked at his fellow dead men. He noticed the General of the Royal Army, a man who always had a plan to get out of everything meet eyes with the Emperor. The General looked at the would-be assassin.
"Now."
The assassin understood without ever having talked to the General before. He rushed the Minister-Secretary and grabbed a guard's dagger. He threw the dagger and then tackled the Emperor, saving him from the "Royal Guard"'s sword swing. He grabbed the man's sword and used it to free the General and protect the Emperor.
Shwooooooooo.......BOOOOOOOM
The Assassin, the General, and the Emperor looked up as rebel-controlled fighter planes began dropping bombs upon the capital city.
"We need to leave now!" the General yelled.
As the trio began to leave the city, flags that had flown for centuries began to fall and burn.
