Claim Policy

To claim ONE (1) piece of land you must:

  • 1. Fulfill all requirements

    • a. Have a population of at least TWENTY million (20,000,000)

    • b. Be currently and have been in the Cape of Good Hope for at least SEVEN (7) days

    • c. Be applying with your MAIN (non-puppet) nation

    • d. Not already have a claim

  • 2. Agree to these terms

    • a. Realize that this document does not guarantee anything to the claimant, especially in regards to incorrectly made claims

    • b. Submit a correction or relocation request no less than SEVEN (7) days after the initial claim or correction or relocation

    • c. Realize that your piece of land will be claimable as soon as you leave or cease to exist, and will not necessarily be returned to you if/when you return

    • d. Know that all claims made are received in order, and the piece you want may not be available

    • e. Know that these terms can change at any time, and are retroactive

  • 3. Send a telegram to Azulakas with the following information, in this order:

    • a. The Displayed Name of Your Nation

    • b. The numbers corresponding to the pieces of land you want to claim, in order of desirability

      • I. The first piece you select will be heavily prioritized, the rest will be backlogged until all other pending first selections are fulfilled

    • c. Two colors that represent your nation adequately

An example:

a. Testlandia
b. 33, 4, 6
c. Red, White
