The Dominion of Froja
Froja, Freya, Freyja, Gefn, Hörn, Mardöll, Skjálf, Sýr, Thröng, Thrungva, Valfreyja, and Vanadís, all these names belong to the Lady. She is the Goddess of War, Lust, Fertility, For so long she resided in Midgard, but times have changed, and the Vanir have scattered, and Freya seeking to keep her power and strength has settled her cities in the realm of Mystria in the far north. She has settled in this land for the last century, building an elite force of Valkyries loyal to her, part of her, like her very own daughters, they have been given a sliver of power so that they can bring glory to her, and power.
When Freya came down she declared dominion over the hardened northerners her cities came to reside over, they float miles in the air above their claimed regions, and while they claim dominion over these peoples they also protect them, and only ask for pious worship in exchange. The ice giants that once terrorized the people were pushed back deep into the harshest parts of the mountains by the Valkyries, and Freya’s magic grew stronger, and stronger it began to pour down from the flying cities over the towns below causing all sorts of new abnormalities among the people there, some great boons, some not.
Knowing more of the Dominion of Froja will expand the mind, and bring understanding to the realm she now controls. If you wish to venture forth and seek more knowledge, seek out her cities, and the villages below, or read the lore gathered. (See the other factbooks)
