The Federal President of the United Antillean Kingdom (or simply Federal President) is the head of government of The United Antillean Kingdom of Achipel. The president heads the Federal Government of the United Antillean Kingdom and is commander-in-chief of the UAK Armed Forces during peace time.

The president and the vice president are directly elected via popular vote for a term in office of five years. As there are no consecutive term limits, the longest serving President in the United Insular States' history was Álvaro de Santamaria (PP), who was re-elected for a total of three terms (15 years) in office serving as 8th Federal President from 2044 through 2059. The shortest time in office had ex-president Isabela Banderas, who was impeached for abuse of power after only 11 months in office.

The office of the Federal President was established on 29 March 2019 upon the establishment of the Antillean Federation and the ratification of the UIS' current constitution. As political leader of the previous union called New West Indies, Jovenel Moïse (independent) was named the first President of the United Insular States by the Antillean Council. However, he was not re-elected for a second term in office during the first official general elections on August 24, 2024. According to the Constitution, there are two requirements for someone to get elected as president: being a native-born UIS citizen and being at least 35 years of age. Néstor Halldórsson (IR) was the first president to hold dual citizenship.

The 45th and current president of the United Insular States is Naïr Lapaix, who assumed office on July 5, 2151.
