Federal Republic of Armandlandia Statute:30.05;Military Service

All citizens who serve in active duty of the Armandlandia Armed Forces, excluding the service time of FRA Statute 30.04, for 10 years will have the ability to join the Armandlandian Legislative Body. Those who are interested in joining governmental affairs must:
(a) Be a citizen of Armandlandia from birth
    (1) No immigrant shall be admitted in any governmental branch, but can still join the military under FRA 
         Statute 30.04
(b) Submit an application to any representative in the Legislative Body
    (1) Applicants must have recommendation letter from their Superior Commander, or a high-ranking 
         military personnel, and must seek a recommendation letter from the representative from their 
         district.
(c) If accept, the appointee will have 72 hours for confirmation before they can begin the interview and 
     background process.
(d) The Interview and background process shall be conducted by Head Legislative Council and the 
     National Defense Pact (NDP) respectfully.
(e) Once the interview and background process is complete, the delegate will have 36 hours to get affairs 
      in order, and move to Ciudad de Patinó Legislative Housing Units.
