The 4th Articles of Federation, of the Sky Realm of Warzone Airspace.

1. The 3rd Articles of Federation, of the Sky Realm of Warzone Airspace,

   1. The 3rd articles of Federation, of the Sky Realm of Warzone Airspace are hereby repealed upon the enactment of these articles and are therefore null and void.

   2. The Sky Realm of Warzone Airspace, henceforth referred to as the Sky Realm, shall be the governing body of Warzone Airspace and these Articles are legally binding to all residents and citizens of the Sky-Realm as well as anyone using any of its off-site communications.

2. Warzones Incorporated,

   1. The Sky Realm, shall be forever a member of Warzones Incorporated unless Lazarus removes them from the arrangement or the Sky-Lord of the Sky Realm, henceforth referred to as the Sky-Lord declares that the arrangement is inoperable, inactive or likewise, furthermore, this clause is amendable.

3. The Sky-Lord,

   1. The Sky-Lord shall be a World Assembly member, residing in the Sky Realm, unless the Sky Realm is under military occupation.

   2. The Sky-Lord shall be subordinate to the lawful institutions of the Sky Realm.

   3. The Sky-Lord shall be the Head of State and Chief Executive of the Sky Realm and as such shall be empowered with all the powers of the various heads of the numerous executive departments within the Sky Realm.

   4. The Sky-Lord shall be authorized to represent the Sky Realm in foreign Affairs.

   5. The Sky-Lord shall at all times possible be the World Assembly Delegate of the Sky Realm.

   6. he Sky Lord shall be enabled to issues Executive Orders as long is they are in complacence with these Articles. Moreover, the Senate shall be enabled to override such orders by a simple majority vote.

   7. The Sky-Lord shall serve until resignation or if, with clear evidence it is proven that the Sky-Lord has committed a crime within the Sky-Realm, the Senate of the Sky Realm, henceforth referred to as the Senate, shall be empowered to remove the Sky-Lord by a two-thirds majority vote.

   8. The Sky-Lord shall be enabled to grant and revoke citizenship.

   9. The Sky-Lord shall be able to appoint regional officers.

   10. The first Sky-Lord shall be Domais and all subsequent Sky-Lords shall be whoever is the Consul at the time of the Sky-Lords resignation or removal; if the Sky-Lord resigns or is removed when there is no Consul then the Senate is empowered to appoint the next Sky-Lord.

4. The Consul,

   1. The Consul shall be subordinate to the lawful institutions of the Sky Realm.

   2. The Consul shall be empowered with all the powers of the various heads of the numerous executive departments within the Sky Realm, subordinate to the Sky-Lord.

   3. The Consul shall be authorized to represent the Sky Realm in foreign Affairs.

   4. The Consul shall at all times possible be a member of the World Assembly, endorsing the Sky-Lord.

   5. The Consul shall be enabled to issues Executive Orders as long is they are in complacence with these Articles. Moreover, the Sky-Lord shall be enabled to override such order and the Senate shall be enabled to override such orders by a simple majority vote.

   6. The Consul shall serve until resignation or if, with clear evidence it is proven that the Consul has committed a crime within the Sky-Realm, the Senate of the Sky Realm, henceforth referred to as the Senate, shall be empowered to remove the Consul by a two-thirds majority vote.

   7. The first Consul shall be Warzone vedan and all subsequent Consuls shall be appointed by the Sky-Lord with the assent of the Senate.

5. The Senate,

   1. The Senate shall be subordinate to the lawful institutions of the Sky Realm.

   2. The Senate will be the supreme legislative authority of the Sky Realm, empowered to create, repeal, edit, amend, and pass legislation into law, and all legislation passed by the Senate shall be signed by the Sky-Lord before taking effect.

   3. The Senate shall be authorized to enact judicial bodies within the Sky-Realm.

   4. The Senate shall be enabled grant citizenship without the assent of the Sky-Lord and revoke citizenship with the assent of the Sky-Lord.

   5. The Senate shall be the sole ratifying body for treaties.

   6. After a Senator has held their seat for at least two months they may be challenged by any citizen.

      1. A challenger must have at least one fellow citizen publicly endorse their challenge before it can be considered valid.

      2. Once a legitimate challenge has been made an election will be called to decide between the incumbent and the challenger.

   7. If the Senate shall be equally divided then the Consul shall vote.

   8. The Senate shall be originally composed of The pinochet executioner, Swedes-in-wzai, Pentaga giudici, 1st Tolfaerian Army, and the final member shall be appointed by the Sky-Lord with the assent of the Senate, they shall serve until resignation or removal, moreover, all subsequent Senators shall be elected from the citizenry of the Sky-Realm.

6. Bill of rights,

   1. Every resident of the Sky Realm is guaranteed the right to freedom of expression.

   2. Every resident of the Sky Realm is guaranteed the right to seek citizenship unless they have already had their citizenship revoked in which case they may or may not be barred from seeking citizenship. This barring may not exceed 6 months, unless the Senate by unanimous and with the assent of the Sky-Lord deems otherwise.

   3. Every citizen of the Sky Realm is guaranteed the right to run for public office, given they are not actively attempting to undermine the Sky Realm.

   4. Every resident of the Sky Realm is guaranteed the right to run their nation as they wish.

7. Ratification and Amendments,

   1. These Articles will come into effect and bear the full force of the law after Domais decrees it so.

   2. These Articles shall be amendable by a two-thirds majority in the Senate and the assent of the Sky-Lord.
