Wyvern Dracon

Emperor Wyvern Dracon, who also was the leader of the Terrorist Group called "The Draconians", who believed in the old Empire ways founded by Wyvern's older brother, Drake Dracon with people still believing in the old Empire ways.

Early Life

Wyvern like his brother, was born in Southern Dragon City. Unlike his older brother, Wyvern wasn't gifted a natural ability like his older brother was. Wyvern grew up more of the anti social, not really make good friends with anyone, only really talking to Josiah Ryuu and his younger brother, Nathan Ryuu, and Drake, who was more of the social of the two brothers. Wyvern focused more on school, and on his family more than trying to make friends, but due to his brother being older and having a natural born gift of fire, Wyvern lived under the shadow of his older brother. Their parents, raised them with the new Powerian values, still ashamed on what Wyvern's grandfather did during the Powerian Civil War, and of other horrible events, with their father, Fox Dracon, being of the the most vocal about the horrors of his own father. So, as such, Wyvern got attached to new Powerian values, meaning put family above all else, including honor. Drake, was different. Drake grew up thinking that his Grandfather was cool, being obsessed with everything and anything Draconian, which quite often clashed with not only his family, but with his best friend Josiah, but, Drake never really took thinks too seriously, until he got older.
As Wyvern got older he became a senator for the Neo Powerian Party, and soon moved to DragonCorp, with Wyvern being one of the bigger supporters of the Neo Powerian Party. At his time in living in DragonCorp, he met a woman, named Wyrm Villin. Wyrm was a top scientist at the PSRO, working alongside Mary Ryuu. Wyvern and Wyrm quickly fell in love, and before they knew it, they were married and had a child on the way. Things were looking good for Wyvern and his new family. They had a son, who they named Aero Dracon, and shortly after, they moved back to Southern Dragon City to raise a family, with them getting a family pet dragon who was a little dragonet at the time, Drakkon. Wyvern soon resigned as his position as a senator, and focused on his family, due to him not agreeing where the party was heading, and their Leadership by Seto Ryuu.
Shortly after, War broke out, between Dragons of Power, The Legion of Mankind, and New Makasta, and before the family knew it, they were stuck right in the middle of one of the bloodiest battles in Powerian history, the Battle of Southern Dragon City. The family tried to flee the city as the battle waged on, with the current Powerian Forces being pushed back, but they were caught in the crossfire, and Wyvern's son Aero was shot and wounded. They were forced to hide in a building, with their son dying. Wyvern and Drakkon watched the battle, hoping it would be over soon, as Wyrm took care of their son. They were trapped in the house, and had to wait things out. But, that sadly wasn't the case...
The building was it by something large, and the building collapsed on the family. Wyvern gain consciousness, and looked over to the battlefield to see Triple Strike's tail swing over him, and the dragon roaring at the enemy, and stomping towards the Legion forces with waves of Powerian Troops and vehicles charging into the battle. Wyvern rushed to find his family, and he found Wyrm, unconscious, but alive, along with Drakkon, but Aero on the other hand, wasn't so lucky...
Wyvern checked his son for a pulse.
There was none.
He then checked for a heartbeat, hoping for there to be one.
There wasn't one.
Wyvern held his son in arms, and cried. He looked back at the battle after hearing explosions in the distance and Triple Strike roaring.
He saw someone.
Seto Ryuu, walking towards the battlefield with Triple Strike walking ahead and marines running past him. Seto looked over at Wyvern, and he stopped walking.
The two stared at each other for a few moments, staring at one another directly in the eye as Wyvern with wet eyes, held his dead son.
Seto didn't say anything, didn't walked over to check on him and his family, or do anything to help him, but looked back towards the battle, ignoring the family, and went to focus on the battle.
Wyvern and Wyrm, lived on after the battle, scarred both physically and emotionally, and without their son. Wyvern held onto his hatred of Seto, for not only being the cause of the conflicted that killed in son, but for not even to bother to help him after his son's death.

Rise in Politics

Wyvern served a Senator for the Neo Powerian Party, being one of the most out spoken Senators for that party along side Mavi Ryuu.

Drake founded the Terrorist Group known as "The Draconians" after his "disappearance" years before the Battle of Southern Dragon City. After the battle, Drake asked his brother to join him, but Wyvern turned down his offer. Wyvern and Wyrm did their best to move on a live a normal life, but it wasn't ever the same. A year before the events of Ghidorah, Drake requested fir Wyvern to join him a second time. At first Wyvern hesitated, but accepted, and quickly became Second in Command. Wyvern soon learned about Drake's crazy plans of World Destruction, being obsessed over Giant Ancient Dragons created by the Powerian Gods thousands of years ago. Wyvern disagreed with Drake, believing his brother had gone crazy, and to no one's surprise, he was correct. He grew to dislike his brother more and more, constantly disagreeing with Drake's plans and ideals. Wyvern still believed in the new Powerian Ways, but due to his hatred of Ryuu and current Powerian Government for letting such a silly conflict happen that resulted in his son's death, his believes started to gain more influence from the old Draconian ways, while still keeping Family as the most important thing.

Wyvern was put in charge of the Draconians while Drake along with Hayden Demar, led a Strike Team to Xach, in search of another one of the Great Ancient Dragons spoken about in Powerian Legend. Wyvern got the news of Drake's death, who was killed by Ryuu. But, due to clashing believes and thinking his brother, he didn't care much, but he still was his brother. Wyvern lead the Draconians in a different way, having them more focused on destroying the Powerian Government, than the world. Wyvern used that group as a way to get his revenge on Ryuu for everything that he has done and cause, with Wyvern being successful, with the help from Otto and the Legion. He appointed Henry as one of his advisers in the new Powerian Government.

Leadership

While still being an Emperor, Wyvern's a lot nicer than most and has honor. He has been known to show mercy and forgiveness, while still having a cruel side to people who have deserved it. But, for the most part, he's a nice man and he wants what's best for the Powerian people, not as merciful or nice as Seto Ryuu, but nicer than most, while believing that giving mercy is stronger and more powerful than being brutal, but not nice enough to still strike fear in quite a bit of Powerians. He has given authority for the Legion to have a martial law set up as the Powerian government rebuilds and until it's back to strength to have it's own law system again.

Policies

• Family First Policy
  Wyvern still believes in family above all else, including honor. While he does have certain amount of honor, his wife Wyrm, and his dragon Drakkon are more important as family. So, this policy is out to help support families in need, while not being directly welfare.

• Right to Own a Weapon Policy
  Wyvern believes that people should have the right to be armed and defend themselves against attackers and/or invaders. This allows people to own certain plasma guns and even certain type of old Powerian weapons, but with a warrant obviously. Certain weapons like Plasma Swords, are still illegal to own by a citizens, with only the military having access to those weapons.

• Dragon's Rights Policy
  Like Seto and most Powerians, Wyvern supports dragon's rights. The Dragon Policy provides protection to dragons in Dragons of Power, giving them certain animal rights and allowing them to roam Dragons of Power as a pet or domesticated animal than some wild animal. This also prevents the hunting of certain endangered dragon species, and the murdering of a dragon without a permitted reason. If you are caught, you will be fined or possible spend jail time. You must have a license to own certain dragon species as a pet. Some species are forbidden as pets, as in case most endangered species.

Not much is known about Wyvern's life now, but it's said that he focuses on politics and his wife Wyrm, with only Wyrm knowing what Wyvern really thinks about anymore, due to Wyvern only trusting her.

Personal Trivia

• Wyvern's the first to have the most Great Dragons killed at one time in history.

• Wyvern currently has controlled of Triple Strike. He saved that dragon from a near death, after finding them rotting after being hit with a nuclear missile. Wyvern brought the dragon back to health and in his control with the help of Robotics, using Triple Strike against Ryuu.
