UFN constitutional changes

Therefore for my first act as Vice-Chancellor I would like to submit an amendment to the constitution: instead of the system of primaries and legislator-only elections, all government offices are to be elected by direct election by the citizenry. All citizens will be able to run for any office and vote in any election.

I think this is a good change for us to make as it will make the region more democratic, increase engagement from citizens and aid recruitment by making us a more attractive region for ambitious newcomers.
