The Spokesperson of the Kramashka Savet

The Spokesperson of the Kramashka Savet

Regardless of the peculiarity of our political tradition, we recognize that it is important to have a face that one can look upon, remember and, perhaps, even trust. The Spokesperson of the Kramashka Savet is a position that serves as this very function, like the head of the government to the head of the state that is the High Inspector. In most international organizations, he or she will be recognized as the person who bears the responsibility of interactions.

"Our policies are predetermined by our own needs. Our own needs are determined by our people. Our people today owe nothing to anyone. Our destiny is alive."

"Our destiny is to escape the anguish of being ridden with human weaknesses. We are anguishing. We are anguishing still. We are anguishing eternally. It will never end. But the pain must be softened. The salvation must be sought for the sake of the State and the People..." - The Spokesperson of the Kramashka Savet

Biography

  • 1983 - Boris Leonidovich Zimarochenko was born as Josef Ivanovich Alexev to Ivan Aleksev and Anna Sarakova in the industrial area of Kaszamarov Oblast, Kozavian Empire. Both of his parents were factory workers and the couple were not married until after his birth, presumably due to this circumstance. He was baptized a few months after.

  • 1986 - Approved into a kindergarten in the area and received state-mandated education. Records unavailable and not deemed important enough to search by force. Self-report during psychological session indicated poor environment.

  • 1989 - Entered primary school. Poor performance and social life (self-report). Family relationship reportedly turbulent, if not borderline abusive due to the economic stress of the time.

  • 1991 - Father was drafted into the Imperial Kozavian Army.

  • 1994 - Finished primary school with allegedly average results. Continued education in secondary school and worked part-time in a shop.

  • 1995 - Father returned from the war but could no longer work to support family. Family relationship deteriorated.

  • 1996 - Ran away from home and was kidnapped by human trafficking ring run by southwestern Kozavian mafia. Reportedly drugged and smuggled into Dozdcheny where children and pre-teens were sold to wealthy infertile couples or landowners in need of (slave) labor. Ended up in the "family" of Leonid Zimarochenko, a "patriarch" of a Dozdcheny-based family cell.

  • [Further Information - Secret Police Family Cell]: Zimarochenko is one of several last names used by pre-revolution Kozavian/Zitravian/Dozdchenian secret police as an alias. A "family cell" usually means a group of agents and informers acting as though they are a family, usually operating over a specific area or target. In certain "families", their agents and informers would be adopted, trained and indoctrinated since young age specifically to become cold, calculating engines of espionage.

  • 1997 - Renamed to Boris Leonidovich Zimarochenko and sent to training center in place of secondary school. Initially difficult to train due to resistance. Eventually "convinced" into his role. Retrievable records started here.

  • 1998 - Tried to escape the family cell, was recaptured and "initiated" again. (Read: physical and psychological torture) Continued his education with unquestioning compliance. Sent to a public high school in Kramashka, excellent academic performance, albeit little to no social interactions with classmates. Had gymnastics as afterschool activity.

  • 2000 - Graduated from high school, officially came of age and became a Police Sergeant in Imperial Dozdchenian Secret Police, reporting directly to the Imperial Bureau.

  • 2001 - Sent to Providenska, Imperial Zitravia for further training. Returned within 9 months and reported political instability in Zitravia. Appeared to have gotten along with some figures in Zitravian law enforcement. Tasked with a side mission to track down Atlanzian Agent Duncan Isateur (if possible).

  • [Further Information - Duncan Isateur]: Mr. Duncan Isateur (real name unknown, although possibly this name) is an agent of CASCIA (Commonwealth of Atlanzian States Central Intelligence Agency), operating within the eastern parts of the Kozavian Empire during 2000 - 2008, with the goal to intercept both Kozavian threats to the West and revolutionary sentiments in the region. According to his claims, his mission was to find a faction that CAS would be willing to support in case of a revolution. Indeed, the Workers' Union in Zitravgrad had small and discreet Atlanzian support.

  • 2002 - Stationed in northeastern region of Imperial Dozdcheny, excellent performance, operated completely in new persona and learned a fair level of Polish within three months. Promoted to Police Senior Sergeant.

  • 2003 - Reportedly had several runs-in with the local rioters, details obscure. Reported more clues of Duncan Isateur, albeit the man later fled into Zitravia.

  • 2004 (first half) - Promoted to Police Starshina after undermining an anarchist riot in the region; however, he was heavily injured and hospitalized for several weeks. Thinking themselves hopeless, his doctors replaced most of his internal organs with artificial and/or cybernetic organs and injected him with Necroa Tyrannis -- a "virus" that "revived and regenerated" dead muscles. (OOC: Imagine Plague Inc's Necroa Virus but actually works as in its plan to become supersoldier maker.)

  • 2004 (second half) - After his return "to life", he suffered from the symptoms of "rejuvenation", including but not limited to high fever, insomnia, shifting in and out of delirious episodes, psychosis, and schizophrenia. Moreover, his artificial organs did not fit perfectly well with the still organic parts of his body which were now not the most stable thing. For the first time in his life, he remembered himself to have been baptized as an Orthodox and prayed fervently to be spared from the torment.

  • 2005 - Planted as an agent in Republic of Polsawa to track down further separatist movements that might be operating abroad. Request to receive training to be commissioned was turned down. Infiltrated into one of the major Dozdchenian separatist groups -- ideology unclear at the time.

It's already cursed enough, no special effect needed

  • 2006 - Became double spy for the Imperial Dozdchenian Secret Police and the separatist group until his involvement with the group was deemed "dangerous" -- the Union of Salvation of Dozdcheny. Link(IRL reference here). Patriarch of Zimarochenko Family Cell passed away and was replaced by the next most senior officer -- Colonel Zlasvik Zimarochenko decided that Boris Leonidovich had been "converted" by the separatist group and sent another agent, Pyotr Zimarochenko, to kill him. The two were raised alongside akin to brothers and their confrontation ended in Pyotr being attacked by a separatist. However, Pyotr Leonidovich later returned to the cell and falsely reported that he had succeeded in his mission.

  • 2007 - Knowing that Dozdchenian Secret Police would now only pit agents against each other, Boris escaped and became fugitive, mostly based in northeastern Dozdcheny and only crossing the borders when at risk of being captured. He lived underground both literally and figuratively, with the separatist gathering in the blind spots of underground city networks. This practice was also seen in many ex-Kozavian states, since it had been in their practice to build deep metro system.

  • 2008 - Revolution in Zitravia was in its full swing and the Kozavian Empire had troubles maintaining order in nearly all parts of its empire afterwards, especially in Dozdcheny to which the Empire shared no actual border. The separatist group took it as their chance to overtake Kramashka Council by force and declare themselves the new government. The new "Department of Public Order" was created from whatever was left and usable of the Dozdchenian Police, as nearly half of them refused to recognize the new regime and were eventually exiled or executed. Boris attached himself to the new government but no other known Zimarochenko apart from Pyotr joined him.

  • 2009 - After prolonged internal conflicts, the new Dozdcheny government created the position of the High Inspector after a historical role of the High Priest of Providence and installed their national ideology -- an ultranationalistic social experiment of a regime. With most records of officers remade, Boris was made a Police Senior Lieutenant in the DPO.

  • 2010 - He entered the State University of Kramashka for a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, which he would graduate in 2013. During this time, he tried to normalize his own worldview and had regular appointments with psychologists. It was one of the few times he was capable to tell people of his past at all.

  • 2013 - Graduated from the State University and promoted to Police Major. Entered a short-lived relationship with his former psychologist which ended when he expressed no wish to have a family. Reportedly, he felt like he was being "manipulated" and the relationship was "dysfunctional" while his former partner complained that he was unwilling to step out of his "insecurities".

  • 2015 - Promoted to Police Major and entered the Kramashka Council was the representative of the DPO.

  • 2016 - Became a spokesman for the Council regarding both domestic and international issues, usually as a public relations tool for the second High Inspector.

  • 2017 - Promoted to Lieutenant Colonel. Rediscovered his family in Kozavian Empire once they contacted him (allegedly they saw him on television and somehow recognized him), but had indifferent feeling towards them.

  • 2019 - Promoted to Colonel -- the title of "Inspector Colonel" is sometimes used.

  • *Any issue of importance will be listed in the future.

Personality and Personal Life

Mr. Biscuits, the cat that Zimarochenko adopted since it was a newborn kitten. He is very feral/aggressive/borderline murderous despite being a smol housecat because his owner basically lets him do whatever that pleases him. However, he appears to be well-trained enough to attack whoever Zimarochenko wants (or not), often starting with ear-splitting screech. Questions arise whether Mr. Biscuits is actually a police cat. He likes Boris, cuddles, fish, bouncy balls and homicide.

  • "Life is pain" kind of person, almost poetic in his speech despite being laconic

  • Quiet, introverted but not shy, can confidently act in any social situation

  • Exceedingly polite but not very friendly, willing to solve problems with arguments but usually prefers shutting people down or walking away

  • Disillusioned with romantic relationship, friendship and family life, unmarried with no children, few contacts with his biological family and only counting his senior agent Pyotr as his true "family"

  • Has mediocre relationships with colleagues, superiors and subordinates, no interest in their lives except for general wellbeing at the moment of interaction

  • Kind and compassionate to children and animals, but treats adults with the notion of "tough love"

  • Avoids most temptations whether it is alcohol or tobacco, but does drink and smoke occasionally

  • Generally secretive of his past and personal details, to the point of defensive

  • Likes cats, definitely more than people, has a number of black cats

  • Reacts with sharpness, decisiveness and violence to any situation that needs his saving

  • Normally intact, but flashbacks may happen and it is not the best thing

  • Coffee is his opiate, tea is his fountain of life

  • Lives a moderate lifestyle, neither luxurious nor ascetic, with his foster brother in the same apartment, prefers wasy and cozy environment over luxurious one

Political Views and Works

  • Let us again remind you that this is not the Spokesman's own political ideals, but rather the ideals behind his current policies as determined by him and the Kramashka Council, following the founding ideology of the Unitary Republic of Dozdcheny.

  • While the political nature of Dozdcheny might appear repressive to outsiders, some of the policies have allowed for individual rights regarding their physical and psychological choices.

  • Pro: Conservatism, Corporatism, Nationalism, Transhumanist politics, Radical centrism, Third Way, Eugenics, Capital Punishment, Euthanasia, Universal Healthcare, Public Education, Abortion by Choice, Family Planning

  • Neutral: Communitarianism, Environmentalism, Fascism (?), Populism, Progressivism, Social democracy (?), Socialism, Syndicalism, Freedom of Worship, Corporal Punishment, Autarky (leaning to positive but impractical), LGBT rights, Medical Use of Psychoactive Drugs, Myth of Racial Purity, Internationalism, Monarchism

  • Against: Anarchism, Communism, Democracy, Identity politics, Liberalism, Libertarianism, Religio-political ideologies, Free press, Recreational Drugs, Open Borders, Interventionism, Imperialism

Quotes

  • "I have lived a lifetime of pain. Put me to rest while I am still breathing, not in my death. What do you think I am staying alive for!?" - Boris to Pyotr

  • "We are anguishing." - His laconic description of the whole Dozdcheny

  • "Increasingly nightmarish is the state of Gaian international politics. I do not think Dozdcheny should abide by the global order too much." - His opinion on the foreign policy

  • "How liberating it is to have no face, no heart and no soul... The issue is that I have them." - A general edgy remark

  • "The state's value is only as high as you are willing to give it. We put it on an altar, spill our blood as a sacrifice, and worship it like how the pagans of the old worshiped Perun. It will have that much of a value. If you look down on it, its value decreases." - On state worship

  • "WHAT DO YOU THINK I AM STILL EXISTING FOR? I AM ON A QUEST FOR SALVATION, PYOTR LEONIDOVICH. I HAVE BEEN HERE AND THERE, ALL OVER EASTERN AUROPIA, YET I HAVE NEVER FOUND PEACE. WE NEED TO BE LIBERATED FROM THIS MORTAL PHILOSOPHY. PRAY TO GOD AS YOU MAY, I AM AN ACOLYTE OF PROVIDENCE."

  • "The mask of the High Inspector is oddly comfortable, even if the responsibility is mounting. My soul was liberated when I ceased to be a person, and became a concept. I swear to be the salvation that Dozdcheny has long sought -- in the Providence's Name."
