Neo-Higashi, the capital of Kemonomica, this is where The Diet is and where most of the political turmoil and legislations takes place. The city is one of the most populated cities in Kemonomica and consists of several railroad stations. Landmarks of the city being the Diet and the Cabinet. ZONE-NH1 is a governmental Zone designated for government officials and personnel. A huge space where parliament and the Cabinet are designated in. Not too many wealthy people live here but wealthy government and politicians base their political parties HQ here. Most of the nation is middle class with a few living in poverty in the alleyways of the city.

ZONE-NH1 is where the Diet and the Cabinet along with the HQ's of the political parties are designated at. Completely runned by the government
ZONE-NH46 is designated as a Entertainment Zone, where many people go to either buy products that aren't found in their EDIFICE, to party, watch movies, buy food, etc. These are ran by small family owned businesses that live under Yakuza protection, or Megacorps don't bother squeezing them out. However a majority of the businesses found in this Zone is ran by Megacorps.
ZONE-NH47 is designated as a fusion powerplant facility. With massive area designated to keep the city running on a backup powerplant or store it for emergencies. This is owned by Pearlstar Power Corporate.
ZONE-NH48 is designated as a Agricultural area, where super-structures are designated to grow food. These super-structures are owned by the Megacorp Agricultural Sector known as Kagome.
ZONE-NH49 is designated as a large airport consisting of several runways and terminals. This is owned by the government of the island who mostly buys their planes from Tenko Aviations.
ZONE-NH50 is designated as a large railway station that connects each Zone to a center point and connects each island together. This is owned and managed by the local government of the island and buys many of their trains from Penguins Logistics.

Not much to see here but not too many people live in Fukuda like the overpopulated city such as Neo-Higashi, this makes it to epicenter for Entertainment businesses to sprawl in. There are not a lot of wealthy people, though majority are middle-class people and lower-class with shops owned in the Entertainment Zones. And people who live in an impoverished state live within the alleyways of the city.

ZONE-FK40, FK41, FK42, FK43 are designated as green areas, a large park where many stores and recreational areas are at.
