Help Heart!
1. Help with What?
Heart is experiencing population decline. Nations come and nations go, and when nations don't come and nations still go that means that the Aurhany per capita of Heart will increase, which means that population decreases. And while this is natural, we still need nations coming to support a thriving community of ducks people.
2. Ok, so how do we make nations come?
When you first found a nation, you will receive telegrams from people you have never heard of, asking to join their region. These are called recruitment telegrams. They are the main method regions use to bring people to their region.
Heart allows any resident to send telegrams(or operation love, as we call it), which means you too, can help our community.
3. How do I send them?
There are two ways you can do love-spreadingrecruiting (also, you need write the text of course, you can use this if you want):
1. Using Stamps
Telegram stamps are purchased items you can use to send telegrams to more than 8 nations at once. They can be purchased, with 1000 stamps per dollar. from the store. Once you have them, you can use them to send telegrams to many nations, with tags like tag:new500 or tag:wa(we use new nations for recruitment). Read page=faq#massTG for more information.
2. Manual
Stamps require money, which many of us don't want to spend. An alternative is manual recruiting, while there are many ways to do this, here's the method I use:
First, create a telegram template. Write the telegram text and send the telegram to tag:template. Don't forget to mark the telegram as recruitment using the arrow next to the 'to:' box. When you send it, you'll be given something like "%TEMPLATE-25227579%". You can use that in the body of the telegram. You don't need to worry about marking 'recruitment' every single time since it does it for you :)
Second, send them. Since this is manual recruiting, you need to select your targets manually. I use cgi-bin/api.cgi?q=newnations to select new nations to send the template to, but you can also use page=activity/view=world/filter=founding. Once you selected the nations, click send telegram and they'll receive it. Keep in mind though, that you can only send telegrams to 8 nations at a time, and that you can only send one telegram every 120 minutes. That's the downside of manual recruiting. It takes a lot of time and work. Although it will be worth it when your region is flourishing :)
4. What are other ways I can help Heart?
You can help by just getting involved in the community, chatting in the RMB and discord server, and perhaps even taking part in the government. We are a small community, and small talks really help us out.

First off, we have an elected government as you will know as per the welcome telegram. It contains two chambers called; the House of Legislators and the Citizens Assembly. You can find out how they work using the Government tab above.
We also have a Discord in which anyone may join and its where our government sits. It's one of the best places to meet new nations in the region and talk with anyone, anytime, anywhere.

But what is the World Assembly?
The world assembly is Nationstates version of the UN. It passes resolutions in the General Assembly on laws made by members of the WA. The Security Council votes on Commendments and Condemments on nations and regions behaviour. It also votes on Libertations for Regions.
What does the Heart WA program entail?
The Heart WA program is where WA nations in Heart come together to co-author proposals for the WA. The current Delegate is The Scottish Republic. It is very important to endorse the WA Delegate as the more endorsements the Delegate has, the more votes in the WA they get meaning more voting power in the WA for Heart!
How do I join the WA?
You can join the WA by clicking here. You should click the join button and you will receive an email allowing you to join.
How do I endorse the delegate?
You can endorse The Scottish Republic by clicking the Endorse button at the bottom of their nation page!
How do I get involved in the program?
You can get involved by joining our Discord by clicking 
here as it's the easiest way for us to communicate with each other. You can also telegram The Scottish Republic if you have a proposal but can't join the Discord to get involved!

Get Involved with Government
You can get involved in many different aspects of government such as the Citizens Assembly which anyone is free to join. You can also maybe even run for office for the House of Legislators or maybe the office of First Minister! Find out more information by joining our Discord!
Join the Civil Service
You can join one of the 3 governmental departments in Heart in which you will work under a minister to help the region.
Here is a guide to each department:
Department of Immigration, Data Analysis, and Outreach - This ministry is in charge of recruitment for the region, welcoming people into the region, and making sure that the region is stable.
Department of Media, Culture, and Roleplay - This ministry is in charge of creating and running events for the region, and maintaining the Heart Roleplay.
Department of Communications - This ministry is in charge of creating the Heart Times, and writing down official government reports for public use.
To join the service; please either join the Discord or telegram the corresponding Minister to join.
