(Europeia, June 28, 2020) - Following McEntire's victory in the first minister election, all cabinet members were confirmed by the Senate in the Swakistek Conference Hall. Opening addresses have been posted by each cabinet member; ministerial has commenced work for the shortened term.

A festival occurred for Europeia's Republic day, which marks the day Europeia was reclassified as a republic, and took place on June 27 and concluded at 5 pm EDT on June 28. Participants could partake in challenges. The winner would be coronated as a ruler for one day. For instance, those taking part were tasked with writing a speech for radio using a various set of words. Each minister and councillor will announce which citizen won each task.

The Ministry of Communications, courtesy of a number of authors, published several articles in the past week. The Europeian Broadcasting Corporation (EBC) released the poll analysis for the external executive's midterm. The poll showed that the council received an overall approval rating of 74.1 percent. EBC managing director Forilian resumed "Getting to Know Europeians" series, with an article published about Councilor of Foreign Affairs, Kuramia. The Councilor of Coordination Peeps wrote a satire article for Beyond The Borders. "The Final Answer To The Great Sandwich Debate" comes about as a result of Europeia's friendly dispute over what constitutes at a sandwich. Minister of Communications Astrellan, wrote an op-ed for the EBC regarding the proposed Arnhelm Investigatory Committee (AIC), proposed in many Senate campaign platforms. The article took the stance that the AIC is "not Senate work."

The Ministry of Radio has broadcasted several radio shows. The Sopo Showpo and Guilty By Association have all recently had broadcasts while most recently, the cabinet hosted a show reading radio speech submissions from the Republic Day Challenges.

The Council of World Assembly Affairs has begun its training program known as WA 101. The Councilor of World Assembly Affairs Maowi also recently appointed Xecrio as Deputy Councilor of World Assembly affairs alongside SkyGreen24.

Councillor of Foreign Affairs Kuramia, released a statement this week, in which she announced that she was appointing Astrellan to serve as Deputy Councilor of Foreign Affairs.

The Senate tabled the creation of the Arnhelm Investigatory Committee, which has been met with substantial controversy. Senators have all begun work on various policies they each set out on their platforms. The Double-Confirmation Oversight, Title Restoration Amendment, and The Equivalent Spelling amendment Act drafts are all in discussions or first readings.
