The History of the Atlokruu System

Prehistory

~5,500,000,000 BBY: The star now known as Atlokruu is formed.

~5,000,000,000 BBY: Three planets are now orbiting Atlokruu:

• Ragorana

• Mayarana

• Evečerana

Soon after, water appears on Mayarana, and on Evečerana as well.

~4,400,000,000 BBY: A miracle occurs in the waters of Mayarana; the creation of a unicellular life form, the first life in the Atlokruu system.

~4,300,000,000 BBY: A new life form, with multiple cells, evolves into existence underwater on Mayarana.

~3,800,000,000 BBY: The quellius, a small aquatic worm, develops a brain. This event marks the beginning of sentience in the Atlokruu system.

~3,500,000,000 BBY: A volcanic eruption results in the creation of land on Mayarana. Until now, the surface of the planet had been completely covered in water.

~3,500,000,000–3,000,000,000 BBY: Gradually, life makes its way onto land. Small weeds creep onto the shores, which attract insects from the water. More plants start to appear, which brings more creatures to land, and everything evolves to become more fit for life out of water.

~2,000,000,000 BBY: Mayarana enters an ice age. About 63% of all species die out, while others evolve to become more fit for the cold.

~1,150,000,000–9,989,000,000 BBY: The ice age gradually comes to an end. The planet becomes very lush and jungled, and plenty of new species thrive.

~350,000,000 BBY: The world is slowly dominated by various reptilian species.

~55,000,000 BBY: A harsh disease kills most of the reptiles on Mayarana.

~4,800,000 BBY: The Garom, a prehistoric ancestor of today’s Ruku and Pamba species, appears on Mayarana. It has two hind legs and two forelegs/arms, and it frequently alternates between bipedalism and quadrupedalism. On average, it is 2.3 meters tall when standing straight up, and 1.2 meters up to the shoulders when down on all fours. It’s tail is 85 centimeters long, it can run up to 66 kmph, and it lives on an omnivorous diet. It has dark orange fur, yellow eyes, a large snout, and large ears.

~900,000 BBY: The Pamba species appears. They are rather short, at just 1.1 meters tall, and their limbs are just 25 centimeters long. Their most notable features are their lavender skin, their thin, orange hair, and their large ears and nose.

~700,000 BBY: The Rukas appear. They resemble humans, but they have a tail, and a slightly large nose. They have dark orange hair, and light brown skin.
