The Preamble of the Constitution of the Empire of Great Vritania, firmly declares that;

We, the sovereign Vritannic people, imploring the aide of the Almighty God, with our proud culture and legacy of countless civilizations of our race throughout history, ruled over by the glory of The Crown and its bearer, His Majesty, The Emperor, valued in order to build a just and humane society, establishing a Government through the unity of benevolent autocracy and democracy that embody our ideals and aspirations, promote the common good, conserve and develop our patrimony, and secure ourselves and our posterity the blessings of stability and union under the rule of law and a regime of truth, justice, freedom, love, equality, peace, and excellence, do ordain and promulgate this Constitution.
