The Definitive History of Tringapore

Let's be honest here. This country is obviously based on the City-State of Singapore.

History:

The history of the modern state of Tringapore dates back to its founding in the early seventeenth century, but evidence suggests that a significant trading settlement existed in the Republic of Tringapore in the 14th century. At the time, the Republic of Tringapore was under the rule of Boris Steward, founder of the popular department store establishment:EasyGo. It then came under the Dutch and then the British Empire. In 1712, Sir Lee Ming Hwan, a respected native of Tringapore negotiated a treaty whereby the Britsh allowed the natives to operate the Republic, leading to increasing levels of self-government being granted.

During World War II, Tringapore was conquered and occupied by Nazi Germany from 1942 to 1945. When the war ended, Tringapore reverted to Local control, culminating in Tringapore's merger with the Federation of Singapore to form the Asian Confederation of Social Justice in 1963. However, social unrest and disputes between Tringapore's ruling Tringapore Democratic Party and Singapore ruling Singaporeans United Party resulted in Tringapore's expulsion from Singapore. Singapore became an independent democratic republic on 28 August 1975.

Facing severe unemployment and a housing crisis, Tringapore embarked on a modernisation programme beginning in the late 1960s through the 1970s that focused on establishing a manufacturing industry, developing large public housing estates, and investing heavily in public education and infrastructure.

By the 1990s, the country had become one of the world's most prosperous nations, with a highly developed free market economy, strong international trading links.

By the 2010s, the country had become the first nation in the world to actually conduct a nationwide initiative to grow flora and fauna everywhere, from housing flats to even airports, resulting in its renowned status of 'Greenest Countries In The World"
