[CONCEPT - I HAVE NO PLANS TO ACTUALLY PROPOSE THIS] Cousethii's post-referendum rewording of Article I

Effective from October 14th 2020, Article I of the Constitution of Lorania shall be amended to read as follows:

Article I: Citizenship Status

1. Citizenship shall belong to every resident of Lorania that is a member of the World Assembly or that, by means of telegramming any government official or the World Assembly Delegate, can successfully prove to that official or the WA Delegate that any other nations under their control holds WA membership.

2. It shall be incumbent upon the World Assembly Delegate to maintain a list of every nation in Lorania; which must include (at a minimum) whether they are a WA member, whether any vassal states under their control are resident in Lorania, and the name of the nation under their control that holds WA membership (if any).

3. No nation may hold citizenship if they have been convicted within this region of treason, nor if they cannot fulfil the condition set out in Article I, Chapter 1 of this Constitution.

4. Treason shall be defined as assisting another group with the intent to remove the licit government of Lorania.

The version of Article I in force as of August 6th 2020 shall hold legal force until October 13th 2020.
