[spoiler=Ministry review][i]This resolution by a respected author aims to establish a legal 
framework for arbitration of international disputes. It only allows 
arbitration on appropriate subjects, ensures that no parties are 
misinformed or otherwise discriminated against, and observes national 
laws. The resolution concerns an important topic, contains clear 
provisions and avoids loopholes. Therefore, we recommend a vote FOR this
 resolution.[/i][/spoiler]
