Romanichean Coalitions (WIP)

Introduction of Coalitions.

Because some parties are close to each other in votes, there's no clear majority, so to deal with this problem and facilitate reforms and law changes, Coalitions have been formed. A Coalition is an alliance of parties which share common goals. It acts as an unitary party, but with independent actions, each party can propose, accept and refuse proposals given by a coalition or a party in the same coalition.

Requirements, Kicking and Coalition Info:
Party's Requirements:
In order for a party to join a coalition, it needs the following things:
1.The party needs to have 5% or more of the popular votes in the elections.
2.The party needs to negociate with the coalition of interest in order to join an already existing coalition or to negociate with the party/parties of interest in order to create a new coalition.
3.The party needs to share or work towards common goals in order to reduce factionalism in the coalitions.
If a party doesn't meet the requirements, it will be:
1.Kicked from the coalition that is in.
2.Can't join or create other coalitions.
3.Other parties might be less willing to collaborate.
4.Coalitions might dissolve
How a coalition works.
1.Coalitions act as an alliance, working together towards common goals.
2.In order for a coalition to work efficiently, all parties must act united.
3.Parties can propose, accept or refuse proposals made by other parties or coalitions.
4.If the majority of the coalition agrees to propose a law, the law is passed to the rest of the government for voting.
5.Parties from any coalition can vote pro or against the proposal.
6.If a coalition has majority, it can veto proposals from other coalitions.
7.Coalitions can be dissloved, or parties can leave a coalition, if dissagreements happen.
