Sergey Ivanovich Lebankov is current Ikherian President from 2015. He was first Social Democrats President elected in 2020. Before his presidency, he are mayor of Federal City of Minsk from Ikheria Social Democratic Party (ISDP/SDPI). In 2015, he selected as acting president of Ikheria (Socialist Federal Republic of Ikheria) after major political crisis in Ikheria. His key policy is developing ICT and Astronomic sector, Freeing all fee and payment for healthcare service, right for protest, maternity leave, polygamy, Gay marriage, and some more.

On his era, he implementing Capitalist economic policy, reversing Socialist program of Vladimir Elyankov. He also repurpose Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Commerce state-planning AI system to other thing, for example, watching domestic and foreign situation and reporting them to him and/or responsible agencies. In his era, the parliament successfully passing the law, allowing right to protest (Public Protest), but, sometime, that law are removed and reinstalled again. The example of controversial law passed by General Representative Council (First lower house of Federal Representative Assembly) are allowance of polygamy and Gay marriage. In his era, General Representative Council also pass a law, allow mother to take leave for maternity. In other time, with simple majority, General Representative Council pass a law for improving access to health care service.
Policies
Progressive development of ICT and Astronomic sector
The most major policy he made is development of ICT and Astronomic economic sector. He even carefully oversee Federal Space Development Agency, national space agency of Ikheria. State-owned telecom companies, Ikheria National Telecom and Telephone Agency also are under his eye. Major change of INTTC and telco sector in whole are including major radio frequency reassignment, development of high-tech sector, lifting restriction of start-up companies, increase government funding grant on some technology development, and some more. In INTTC, change are including; updating management of companies, retraining of its 'frontline' worker, and some more.

Personal Trivia
He is fluent in Russian, Indonesian (National Language of Ikheria is Indonesian with Cyrillic script and Latin script, as most of Ikherian are decent of migrating Indonesians), German, and English.
Has interest on telecommunication system.
In some national day (like Army Day), he sometimes he dressed in working military uniform, but in Victory Day, he use parade uniform. In Joint Victory Day of Germany, Ikheria, and Russia, he opted to wear formal suit.
He sometimes overseer state construction program, from free home program, to national railway programme.
