Gulhan Mustonen is one of our top priority targets, and the most-wanted man from the criminal underworld; everyone, from governments to kingpins, wants him dead. We’ve been tasked with terminating him and his organisation, Zilber Mustonen, through any means needed. Progress so far? Well, I’ll be blunt here: we haven’t done jack sh-t. For those of you who know him, this is the norm; the man’s just slips through everything anyone can throw at him like a slimy eel. Every time he gets on our killsight, he just f-cking disappears. We can’t even track his organisation’s movements—we aren’t even sure if it exists or is just an urban myth surrounding an equally mythical man. The only proof of its existence is the web catalogue that shows all the sh-t he sells; drugs, weapons, and slaves… anything you want, he can get for the right price. We can’t track the site, block it, or shut it down, and cyberattacks just scratch it. We just don’t understand how this man can operate in a realm of logic.

We don’t know about Gulhan’s past, but there has been a sort of story circulating about him, one that’s obscure, vague, and too fantastical. It sounds like it came straight from a young child’s imagination. It writes “There was once a big mean wyvern that devours innocent people. One day, a blood witch came and challenged the wyvern. The beast was defeated, but was saved inches from death by a Kattnius princess. The wyvern took a man’s form and swore to be her loyal servant, doing everything the princess asked, but when the wyvern was refused by the princess. The wyvern became really sad, but thankfully, a porcelain-skinned god blessed him with unimaginable power, and he used that power to become a successful merchant.” Pfft. What the hell is this? Whoever wrote this should be send back to kindergarten. This is a f-cking comedy gold wankfest right here.

The website, well, as expected, is filled with so much unlawful sh-t you’d be surprised the military hasn’t been involved… at least as far as we know, anyway. There seems to be at least a few thousand users online. Traffic is always high, and addresses seem to be anonymous, a string of numbers preceded by either the letter “E” or letter “Y”. When we registered multiple accounts for the sake of investigation, all were given the “Y” designation, followed by a bunch of random numbers; there doesn’t seem to be a pattern regarding the numbers, but we’ll let our analysts and cryptologists look into that.

The “products” catalogued here are categorised in quite a lot of headers. The “E” and “Y” designations were on the product IDs, too. Most of these seem to be stolen stuff from companies like Sleipnirtek or Silverstone. There are some slaves, too. We even saw a big auction going on for a Lacertan woman, who once worked as a politician in the Republic of Aqulpric. She, herself, was tagged “Y”, and the users on this particular auction were mostly tagged “Y”, though there was one “E” that had the highest bid. By the gods, what a bunch of degenerates. We also saw “products” tagged “E”. One of them, for example, seemed to be a piece of equipment with markings that look like the Flag of Deochland.

My theory is that Gulhan’s organization deals in some sort of unlawful interworld trade between Yverde and Earth. At this point, his death and the dissolution of his syndicate is a top priority for anyone on this goddamned planet. However, it would be useful if we could somehow acquire his abilities; if that happens, we can expand our business to Earth. For now, though, the only thing we could do is investigate. Maybe we could finally find out how to take him down? Or is that just me being overly optimistic?
