Biography

Early Life

Nikolai was born to two people during the era of the Soviet Union, during the Brezhnev era of the Soviet Union. His father was a Kruschevite member of the Politburo, who opposed Brezhnev for most of his time in office until the fall of the Soviet Union. And his mother was a nurse working for the Soviet Armed Forces and served during the Prague Spring as a Medic. His father was continuously opposing the Brezhnev regime even if it threatened his life....

He often disregarded the orders of his teachers, fellow students, and sometimes even his parents. His most notable achievement was outright yelling at the teacher during a session, he would've been tossed in a corrective facility were it not for his father's Politburo connections, Suvorov still managed to make it through his high school life smoothly and even managed to get a diploma with relative ease, though, then again, his father had connections to the Politburo, so it's not entirely fair. His father was about to drag him into a life of politics until he decided to serve in the military.

Military Service

He joined the military as an RPG Trooper despite the angered complaints by his father, he tried to drag him out of the army and into politics, but Suvorov stubbornly refused to go into politics, instead, he found the military life to be much more interesting than seeing old men yell at each other in a courtroom for hours on end without a break and food, and thus he set out into the wonderful world of military life without much expectations, knowing about the brutal hazing system unofficially put in place by the corrupt NCOs.

Suvorov's career in the Military was a rather fruitful one, while in his platoon, his tendency to rebel against people ended up saving a few soldiers' lives from their greedy NCO, who died of an unfortunate accident on his way back to the base, and another time he forced a sergeant to step down after threatening to expose his inherent abuse of soldiers to his father in the politburo, he was lauded by soldiers and other NCOs alike for his merciful attitude and helped people recover from the effects of the dedovshchina system put in place by senior conscripts.

Suvorov soon became infamous in the Soviet military for being concerned with low-ranked soldiers and treating them as equals, despite coming from a politician, his actions often spread fear into the ranks of senior conscripts and NCOs, who all dreaded the day the "Journalist" would report them to the politburo and get them executed on charges of abuse, he was amused at the reputation he gained amongst his fellow soldiers. Eventually, Suvorov would be awarded a medal by the government, and his father, for purging the Soviet Armed Forces of corruption and abuse. He was also notable for beating up a sergeant for abusing his brother, then sending him off to prison.

Eventually, Suvorov left the Soviet Military in 1991 after a while of service, however, he did it just before the dissolution of the Union, and thus had his father's position rendered invalid, after the Union fell apart, he had no job, so he looked to his father, who unfortunately had lost his political office too, the two would eventually reconcile and soon realize that politics wasn't really their strongest suit.

Post-USSR, GLA War and Revolution

Eventually, he and his father joined his mother's workshop, he assisted his mother in engine repairs while his father dealt with paintjobs, he became apolitical for a while, just enjoying life as an assistant to a mechanic, he was notable in his hometown for repairing quite the number of cars using nothing but his hands, impressing even his father, who thought of him as more of a "good enough" guy and not one to consistently give high-quality repairs. He enjoyed life this way, until 2013 hit.

During the GLA War, Suvorov was afraid of what would happen to the Russian nation if the GLA would set their sights on it, at first, he had confidence that the Russian People would not bow down to such a heinous organization, but, that eventually changed after the revelation of the "Deathstrike-Nikolayevich" affair had gotten public, Russia collaborated with terrorists, and this dealt a blow to Suvorov's pride. Eventually, he would start a campaign to protest against the Nikolayevich administration, which reached its peak in 2015.

He kept protesting the Nikolayevich administration's corrupt methods, the campaign would eventually start reaching places that it would normally not touch, such as FSB and GRU, some of which joined the campaign against the corrupt administration, and thus Suvorov had the backing of some important Russian officials by his side, such as General Leonid Zhukov and his son, reporter Oleg Zhukov, both of whom managed to subvert Russian intelligence into anti-Nikolayevich affairs, eventually, it peaked in 2017, with the revolution.

When it was clear the Nikolayevich Administration would not step down, the Campaign escalated. Suvorov contacted the commander of the local garrison, who immediately pledged his support, and hitched a ride on a BMP-3 "Mauler" APC, which would be known as 'The Mauler to change a government'. Alongside hundreds of other protesters, stormed the Kremlin, loyalist military and police forces were swept away by the tide of angry protesters, he tried to force the corrupt president to step down, but eventually, it led to a shootout with the previous president dead on the floor. After a poll which decided the next leader of Russia, Suvorov was chosen as president, and thus, established a 'Direct Presidency'. Nikolayevich had expanded Presidential Powers and dissolved the Duma and Senate during his reign, and this gave Suvorov free reign over what to choose for Russia. Thus, he went to work sweeping away Russia. He ordered a mass crackdown on Oligarchs, freezing of their assets, and exiling them to Siberia. Some unrest grew against him due to his lack of any action to re-open the Duma and Senate and only grew larger later on.

EU-America War and World War 3

"The European Union is a threat to all of Russia and her peoples, as is the People's Republic of China. The Federation has tried everything to secure peace in our time, but we tried. We failed. The European Union does not understand our motives. And the Chinese see us as nothing but obstacles in their conquest of the world under their corrupt administration. The Federation must show them the impurities of their system, and enlighten them upon the principles that Russia stands upon." - Speech from Suvorov's Declaration of War against the European Union and the People's Republic of China, 2019.

Personality and Personal Life

"I never missed the USSR, but I don't want to see what descends from it burn and shatter, we Russians have lives too, no?" - Nikolai Suvorov during an interview with a Japanese News Team.

Suvorov's personality is simple to understand, even to the best of CIA psychoanalysts. He has an attitude of egalitarianism, acceptance, and generally being a kind person. He is often stated to have an aura of someone who you'd want to give a hug to, however, Suvorov does have his limits. Suvorov, for all his ideals, is still running a pseudo-dictatorial presidency. He is often iron-fisted on his reforms. He is often called out for his paternalistic attitude towards the higher class and parts of the lower class, treating them in 'the same way the British treated their colonial subjects'. Suvorov generally agrees, but he still does it for the sake of the Russian People.

Suvorov's non-political beliefs include a dislike towards division amongst communities unless it is absolutely necessary. He has seen and lived in a community that vowed to never split, and is looking to keep it that way in Russia too. Suvorov enjoys working on the subjects of machines, as he was a part-time mechanic during his younger years. Sometimes, Suvorov would be seen fixing up a vehicle, usually his personal car or a stranger's vehicle that just so happened to have broken down. When alone, Suvorov tends to be reserved, quiet, and generally antisocial, almost never leaving a spot he occupies.

When someone elaborates on Suvorov's personality, it can be chalked up to an all-loving friend. He is an accepting man, forgiving his cabinet if they made an error in their documents or laws. Underneath that acceptance is an impassable hatred for corruption, money buying the law away, and underhanded tactics. As a man who was taught to do things fairly, Suvorov does not tolerate corruption or abuse of any kind. Suvorov is a man who simply desires to be accepting, happy, and neutral. A man who simply wants to form more friendships before he dies, and a man who enjoys art. Part of Suvorov's personal life includes art collection and drawing. It is said that Suvorov was recently trying to draw things in the Japanese Anime style.

Suvorov's work life is hectic and stressful for him, in part due to dealing with the remains of the old Government trying to find their way back into power, and in part due to the current situation of the world around him. Whenever Suvorov takes a break from work, he is often seen using other staff members to sign documents for him instead of signing them personally. He personally believes that bureaucracy can be very obstructive and bloated, something that while made with good intentions, can evolve into something reborn with bad intentions. In Suvorov's opinion, micromanagement is part of why work in the PPA is so stressful. Especially under Townes.

On the subject of relationship life, Suvorov has waited decades for the right woman to form a relationship with. He has waited his entire life, from his young days, to high school, and to his military days, he still has not found the right woman. Even after searching the world countless times. However, he has not abandoned hope for a relationship, and one day, Suvorov hopes to finally find someone to love and care for. A large part of Suvorov's personality comes from his jovial friendliness, even to strangers. Time and time again, Suvorov has assisted strangers, his staff, and his fellow PPA leaders in many tasks, from menial to important.

Trivia

    - Suvorov is known as the "Vozhd" in Russian internet communities, as a joking title.

    - Suvorov has formed friendships with important chocolate brands, who insist that he try out their latest blends and flavors.

    - Suvorov once saw a bird crap on a GRU Border Force Guard's head.

Political Views and Works

While formerly an egalitarian centrist, Suvorov's opinions have changed over the months following the Third World War. He has developed a rationalization of 'Serving Russia's People' and leading them to glory. As such, he developed an egalitarian yet paternalistic, and in some cases, autocratic view of Russia. Viewing the citizens as fickle, but the soul of Russia, his paternalistic methods of leading Russia have long since strayed from the formerly democratic rule. Nowadays, Suvorov is classified as a Civilian Dictator. Ruthless and unrepentant in his decisions, he has become a shadow of Russia, controlling it as the "Vozhd" of the Federation, also known as President. Of note is that his position as the supreme Vozhd of Russia is not without opposition, particularly from his own party, the National Salvation Movement for the Peoples of Russia, and from more moderate and extremist parties. Though he has ignored the protests of the moderates and let them continue activities, but cracked down on the extremists.

Suvorov has restricted extremist political movements, and has instituted nation-wide bans on right-wing extremist movements, declaring them a 'tool of the oligarchy and mouthpiece of the Europeans'. He has heavily restricted the activities of the CPRF, before eventually dismantling them outright. He has ordered Martial Law when it seemed like there would be an Oligarch plot against him, leading to needless riots and suppression of said riots by the Russian Government. His government is also a rather paternalistic one, being comprised of democratic politicians, military officials, bureaucrats, and 'reformed' oligarchs usually at gunpoint from all the other members of the party, all working for the 'strengthening' of Russia. In his quest to strengthen Russia, he has spoken out against 'Russophobic' Oligarchs, taking a hardline populist and anti-establishment approach. The Federation's economy crashed as soon as he began purging the alleged Russophobic 'Oligarch Clique' and incriminated businessmen, CEOs, military officers, and politicians for alleged 'Conspiracy against the Russian Federation'.

Suvorov, despite his paternalism, still has heavy anti-corruption policies. Strengthening the anti-trust laws, regulating monopolies, economically castrating the enterprises of oligarchs, and heavily militarizing the Federal Antimonopoly Services into an outright Paramilitary capable of dismantling entire corporations with well-timed raids. He has taken a hardline state capitalist economic policy, with capitalism heavily mandated and regulated by the Federal Government. While this has earned him the ire of communist movements and fascist movements, he simply disregards them. When tasked with reforming the economy of the Russian Federation, he has expanded trade with the rest of the Pacific Peace Alliance and the neutral 'third party' factions, including the South American Alliance and the Southeast Asian Treaty Organization. Russia's economy underwent a boom in his early years of presidency, when he 'bit the bullet' and negotiated a trade deal with the European Union, only for a repeat of Molotov-Ribentropp to cripple Russian trade and the PRC embargoing the Federation.

Suvorov is best described with the words 'Social Liberal Dictator' in mind. A paternalistic semi-autocrat working with democratic movements, Suvorov maintains his power through suppression of radical elements, using the absence of the Duma and the Senate to his advantage. In Suvorov's view, Russia must be ready for any threat, and when those threats are dealt with, he will disappear. His political actions, however, are something to be seen. As the very first example of a socially and economically liberal dictator, he restricts political liberties by banning extremist parties and eventually causing their leadership to 'disappear' in the woods of Siberia. Suvorov's power is effectively unlimited due to the expanded powers of the presidency under Nikolayevich, effectively making all power directed towards him. While considered corrupt by some people, in Suvorov's eyes, he would rather not bow to money or blackmail, but rather steadfastly rule Russia. No matter the cost.

Actions under Suvorov's Presidency include the "Night of Deceit" in which Rosgvardyia and police forces, under the orders of the newly-inaugurated Suvorov administration, raided headquarters of corporations associated with the Nikolayevich Clique, a clique of Oligarchs and prominent politicians. During the Night of Deceit, National Guard and police arrested up to 5,000 people, including oligarch groups and families. They were then exiled to Siberia, without any chance of return. Suvorov has also restructured the governmental system, while it did get rid of some of the more absurd power extensions of Nikolayevich, it for the most part kept absolute dictatorial control. Aside from the absence of the Duma and Senate, it includes the executive power of the President, with the Duma and Senate instead being substituted by a 'Russian Democratic Command' stuffed with DNSNR party members, though with representatives from other parties invited into the coalition government. Suvorov's Russia, not himself, is best described as a 'Liberal Dictatorship'.

Suvorov has, domestically, passed laws with the help of his expanded powers. Some of these include legalizing LGBTQ relationships, expanding minority rights, protecting workers' unions, and providing state-funded healthcare and welfare to those recently out of a job. Suvorov also instituted a radical gender reform throughout Russia, in the hopes of breaking the conservative 'glass ceiling'. And on the front of civil rights, he has granted protections towards minority populations in Russia, including the now-persecuted Wolgarrussianddeutsche, and the Caucasian nations. He has also relaxed gun laws. However, other parts of his actions include the banning of extremist political parties, lowering the age of conscription to 15, and instituting a massive state-capitalist reform with corporatist elements.
