The Government Of Ayverin

The government of Ayverin is unique in many ways as it's government function are complex and flexible. This is just a simplified summary of the government of Ayverin.

The government is made of four branches which are the Executive, Judicial, Legislative and the Military with the Executive branch overseeing all processes of the government.

The Legislative Branch
In the Legislative Branch of the government the are four houses in the Legislative which are the House of States, the House of Commons, the House of Lords and the House of the Ministry. The House of State which represent the states of Ayverin have 330 seats with the states having more or less states based on their population and economy. The House of Commons which represent ethnic, religious, economic and other groups have 252 seats. The House of Lord represents the elites, oligarchs and the provincial Lords and the House have 455 seats in total. All the Houses have 1037 seats in total. The Ministries which is above the three other Houses in term of hierarchy are made of different Ministries which are filled with selected official from the other Houses with an high level area of expertise in their ministry and supervise projects as well as give orders to their area of control.

The Judicial Branch
In the Judicial branch of the government a case is first handled by the State Court but if it deals with religious matter it will be dealt with in the Religious Court or if the case is controversial and could effect the whole of Ayverin it goes all the way up to the Supreme Court who is headed by the Supreme Justiciar. The Judicial branch are independent of any government intervention and also includes the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the Anti-Corruption Commission and the Ethics Committee which can authorize investigation and continuous corruption-checking operation in any part of the government in order to root out any corruption.

The Military Branch
In the Military branch it is headed by the Commander Marshals, a position shared by 10 individual of the highest esteem. Below them are the General Staff who evaluate, strategize and order the Lower Command which consist of lower-ranked officer who execute the orders given but Lower Command can suggest recommendation to the higher ups and can be independent of the General Staff if on their own.

The Executive Branch
And finally the Executive branch. The Executive branch command the entire government and as such oversee all projects of the Legislative, Judicial or Military branch. The Executive Branch is headed by the Administrators who have complete control of Ayverin and have supreme control while below them is the Emperor who is the head of the Imperial Family and is the Emperor of all of Ayverin while below the Emperor is the Prime Minister who is the head of the Legislative branch and can give orders to the Military or Judicial branch

The United Nations
After the conquest of Terra 2 Ayverin imposed puppet government on every country in Terra 2, to rule an entire planet would be hard to rule considering the ethnic difference and because it's in 1982 when the whole world was conquered in which the US and Soviet Russia had a cold war. In order to rule a conquered and divided planet the United Nations was reorganized as a planetary assembly and the whole world border was reorganized. The security council consisted of new members which are EUS, Maphilindo, Imperium, Mediterranean Union, Ayverin, Germania and Osmanya. The new UN is now located in Geneva Alpha due to New York being destroyed and void of all life in the war.
