BRIEF POLITICAL INTRODUCTION

The Hatiwom government is currently centrilized, although changes are to be expected, delegating all political power to state level. This current centrilized government is divided in three branches: Legislative (makes laws), Consulate (provides advice to the legislative branch and can veto laws with proper justification), and Judicial (interprets laws).
The legislative branch is composed of 123 members, democraticly appointed through elections every three years, in which the number of votes cast for a given party represents the number of members that party will elect to become a member of the legislative branch.
The consulate branch is composed of 5 members for each area of expertise: social policy; environment; education; welfare; economy/industry; healthcare; foreign affairs; defense; law; science; and transportation. Each member is elected from several candidates that colunteir, due to their status of experts in their respective fields. This election occurs every three years.
The judicial branch is composed of the supreme court and all other courts. The members of the supreme court are voted by the people amoung all willing judges of the nation, every four years.

At any point the people may demand that any elected member to be resigned from office, after a nationwide vote is casted.
