1.To move the Confederation of Astrana better connected, I want to establish no tariffs when trading with two COA nations.

how about a joint military troop thing, so we make a dispatch about how many troops we have and how much money each nation gives to fund the military or how about a WACA airport in GE&T Cereskia

Proposed Changes:
1.Protection and supply weak nations
2.Defense against radicals

Proposed Changes:
1. Free travel between all COA countries, similar to free travel in EU
2. Mandate that all members allow freedom of speech- it is a humanitarian alliance after all.
