If left untreated, patients will eventually die of brain failure. If the virus were to reach Germany, doctors can only provide the most basic and simple treatment for the disease due to the lack of drugs and vaccines. The death rate can be as high as 80 per cent, and the survivors will left with numerous after-effects. In response, an emergency presidential order was issued.
NOW COMMAND:
1. All the German federal armed forces (Bundeswehr, National Security Armed Forces, National Guard, Federal Special Police Troop) will immediately take over all airports, ports, passenger stations and railway stations in the country in cooperation with the German Federal Center for Disease Control. Those with the above-mentioned symptoms of infection were immediately transferred to the Berlin General Hospital of the Wehrmacht for quarantine treatment.
2. The Germany Military Medical College was ordered to put on combat readiness, assist the Soviet Union expert group, share research results and speed up research on virus characteristics, vaccine development and specific drug development.
3. German citizens in the Soviet Union were temporarily barred from returning to Germany. The ban came into force simultaneously with the blockade order issued by the central government of the Soviet Union and was repealed at the same time. Soviet citizens in Germany were not allowed to return to the Soviet Union to avoid becoming infected in USSR. All Soviet civil flights to German airports will be suspended, as will all German civil flights to the Soviet Union. Land transport systems and military air traffic will be maintained between the two countries.
4. Germany sent 50 trillion euros, 800 breathing machines, 100,000 masks, 500,000 sets of surgical gown and other materials to support the Soviet Union. At the same time, it sent a joint medical force of 4,000 people to the Soviet Union for rescue.
5. Germany Border Defense Army (Belong to the National Security Armed Forces) must immediately set up checkpoints along the USSR-Germany border road since the order was issued. Each person in each vehicle must have the body temperature and pupil reaction check, and those who have abnormal reactions will be sent to a nearby general hospital by ambulance.
6. The airspace over Western Poland Special Region has been declared a complete No-Fly Zone. All aircrafts are banned from entering the zone. The Air Security Force (Belong to the National Security Armed Force) is in charge of the blockade, and at least 300 anti-air missiles and 120 fighter planes have already been deployed to ensure that the airspace is completely blocked.
7. Since the order was issued, all Federal Armed Forces must wear gas masks, N95 masks and carry oxygen tanks when on duty in an effort to avoid infection with the virus. For areas at risk, call the spray truck to spray disinfectant and seal off, prohibit entry and exit.
8. Set up temperature detection points in all public places, and everyone must pass temperature detection twice before entering the place. From now on, the pass policy will be implemented. All citizens can get the electronic pass in Germany through the mobile communication equipment. Citizens with the pass will be allowed to pass freely after passing the temperature test, otherwise they will be forbidden to pass at will.
