The western states are larger in land area to accommodate the mostly sparsely populated areas of the country. The eastern states are smaller to accommodate the higher population density of the eastern part of the country. The captial of Victo de Justine is located near the geographical center of the country. The 3 territories are made of the remaining area and population of the previous territories.
