Federal Post Polling Analysis

Brototh, President
29 responses is certainly not enough to determine if we should switch over to a unicameral system, but with the 4% lead on Bicameralism it certainly spells troubling times ahead for long term Bicameralists. While an Amendment requires a 3/5th majority, the majority vote is certainly shocking to what many Thaecians would have considered a long ended political battle.

Uni v. Bi will certainly become another major election point in the coming days, as more and more people become unicameralists over the growing intense political battle between the House of Commons and Senate. What started off as a light joke in Marvinville's Senate Chairman term has become a spawn of toxicity and centre of verbal violence in the region. Could this lead to a new political upheavel?

The topic of executive policy legislation has always been big in Thaecia, in more recent times with the passing of LR 039 Law Registry Act and the defeat of the White Laurel Bill in the Senate. This very will likely grow into a major election point as time goes on, with only a slight No lead. With 20.7% of voters unsure, there is a lot to be fought over.

While a plurality of voters do not believe the military should be fought over, it is certainly not a majority, and this is not a first past the post system. Unicameralism takes a close second, with no voters believing that power should be completely transferred to the House. Compromise seems unlikely, as this is a very polarised debate, which certainly proves this will be a major point for likely months to come.

Finally, those 11 people who believed Congress should have the ability to legislate Executive Policy more certainly mean business. A resounding 54.5% majority believe that Congress should legislate more, with only 18.2% against (believing Congress should have the power, but not use it). It's likely that if those who answered Yes previously are elected to Congress, the Executive can see tough times ahead.
