Recommendation:

The proposed resolution, Commend Ellenburg, targets a thoroughly excellent and deserving nominee, who despite being less heard of than many of their contemporaries has still made a considerably positive impact on the NationStates community, specifically through their contributions in the URA.

Ellenburg also served as delegate in Conch Kingdom as Free Azell for some time, and made significant efforts to attempt to improve the region there as well.
