Ministry of Foreign Affairs
-Protecting and assisting Joyean citizens living or traveling abroad;
-Assisting Joyean businesses in the international marketplace;
-Coordinating and providing support for international activities of other Joyean agencies (local, state, or federal government), official visits overseas and at home, and other diplomatic efforts.
-Keeping the public informed about Joyean foreign policy and relations with other countries and providing feedback from the public to administration officials.
-Providing automobile registration for non-diplomatic staff vehicles and the vehicles of diplomats of foreign countries having diplomatic immunity in the Joyean;
-Issuing passports and travel warnings.
Ministry of Defense
-Coordinating and supervising all agencies and functions of the government directly related to national security and the Peoples Revolutionary Armed Forces.
Ministry of Agricultural and Environmental Affairs
-Establishing environmental regulations;
-Conducting environmental impact tests;
-Policing national parks and reservations;
-Assisting in wildfire control;
-Natural resource and land management;
-Conducting food safety tests and inspections
-Assisting in the cleaning and control of hazardous material spills;
-Assisting in management of farms during drought and famine.
Ministry of Treasury, Finance, and Taxation
-Printing of paper money;
-Produduction of coins/metal currency;
-Collecting federal taxes;
-Assisting in the establishment of a yearly budget for the federal government;
-Paying off foreign debt.
Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Sports
-Providing a official registry of protected historic sites and other sites of cultural importance;
-Maintaining national archives of cultural work, including public museums, galleries and libraries;
-Providing funding to artists and arts institutions;
-Regulation of sports;
-Assist in the establishment of foreign based schools and universities;
-Development and promotion of tourism.
Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology
-Handling research and science;
-Researching new forms of energy.
Ministry of Public Security, Justice, Corrections and Homeland Security
-Supervision of provincial and local governments;
-Assisting police in undeserved communities;
-Conducting elections;
-Prevention of election fraud;

-Providing state controlled news to the Joyean citizenry;

-Collecting foreign intelligence;
-Producing objective all-source analysis;
-Conducting effective covert action as directed by the General Secretary/Party Chairman;
-Assisting in counter terrorism operations.

-Investigating political crimes;
-Preventing foreign intervention in elections;
-Arresting persons convicted of political crimes;
-Ensuring the ideological health of places of work, schools, and government personnel;
-Assisting in counter terrorism operations;

-Prosecuting political crimes.
Joyean Census Bureau
-Researching demographics of the Joyean people;
-Creating and maintaining an official citizen count;
-Establishing and maintaining a physical and online public records search.
Ministry of Education
-Establish policy for, administer and coordinate most federal assistance to education;
-Collect data on Joyean schools;
-Enforce federal educational laws regarding privacy and civil rights;
-Assist in carrying out provincial standardized tests;
-Carry out, moniter, and grade federal standardized test;
-Establish and maintain a standardized curriculum.
Ministry of Energy
-Upgrading old power stations into modern nuclear power stations;
-Managing power stations;
-Ensuring power stations do not violate safety rules;
-Guarding power stations;
-Establishing safety rules for power stations;

-Assisting researching new forms of energy.
Ministry of Labor
-Establishing worker safety regulations;
-Maintaining workers rights;
-Promotes the welfare of job seekers, wage earners, and retirees;
-Enforce labor related laws.
Ministry of Economy and Economic Development
-Track prices, employment, and other economic statistics;
-Creating a favorable environment for economic development and growth;
-Formulating economic policy of Joyea;
-Encouraging investment activity;
-Regulating the licensing and permit system;
