The Supreme Court of the Russian Union (Russian: Верховный Суд Российского Союза, tr. Verkhovnyy Sud Rossiyskogo Soyuza) is the highest court in the Russian Union. It has ultimate appellate jurisdiction over all federal and provincial court cases that involve a point of federal law, and original jurisdiction over a narrow range of cases. The Court also holds the power of Judicial Review, in which the Court can invalidate a statute for violating the Constitution.
The court meets in the Russian Supreme Court in Moscow.
