No Refuge for Illegal Immigration

Announcement from the Immigration Enforcement Agency, Cascadian Federal Police, the Cascadian Borderlands Agency are working in conjuncture with the newly formed Federal Interdiction, Apprehension and Repatriation Task Forces (FIARTS)

The statement was released earlier during the announcement of a newly formed Federal immigration enforcement task force responsible for preventing the illegal penetration of Cascadian sovereignty. Unlawful Foreign Arrivals (UFAs)

The following information has been translated into 49 different languages and distributed throughout NGOs as well as the national foreign relief program CASCADIAID.

There have been political issues with unlawful unattended minor arrivals (UMAs) and repatriating them when many do not have paperwork or know surnames. While state agencies generally do not speak of individual instances, there have been media reports of UMAs actually being resettled permanently in Cascadia by those who help to welcome and help guide newly arrived migrants find housing, benefits and settle into Cascadia.
An unnamed source with one of these groups said that the policy being touted doesn’t always follow through with repatriating those with valid humanitarian reasons but stresses it is part of larger move targeting organized crime syndicates involved with human trafficking.

This applies to all routes, sea, air and land. All persons, Educated or unskilled, unattended minors, elderly or family units.

That does not mean any one can enter illegally and make Cascadia home.

Through illegal entry, you will not be considered eligible for any reason even if your situation is a legitimate humanitarian concern and have initiated the humanitarian visa process.

You will be apprehended, detained in offshore Cascadian detention centers and after formally expedited court proceedings, will be repatriated to your country or origin and barred entry for 5yrs for the first immigration offense. 10yrs for second offenses or involving children, elderly or otherwise individuals with higher levels of care.
20yrs for third offense.

If your home country is considered “unsafe” for repatriation, you will be transferred to a detention center in a country deemed safe and liaised with the Unlawful Foreign National Detention program.

No illegal entry means saving lives!
Don’t waste your money or risk your live by using human traffickers who lie and deceive, you will not set foot on Cascadian soil illegally.
