Asucki Security Council Updated Small Arms Program


The Asucki Security Council (henceforth referred to as the ASC), recognizing that the current ADR3 small arms platform has been utilized since the Cold War and is quickly becoming inferior to more modern offerings, hereby authorizes the military to purchase a new platform for small arms. The Council notes the success in military testing of the 6.5x60mm Asuckian rifle cartridge and requires that the Department of Defense purchase a rifle chambered in this cartridge. Beyond this requirement, the Council has no other demands.

The Asuckian Department of Defense (henceforce referred to as the ADOD shall be authorized to use as much of its annual funding to purchase these weapons as it sees fit. The ADOD shall be authorized to agree to payment plans in the event of an expensive choice in contracts. The ADOD shall disclose all dealings with foreign countries to both the Security Council and the citizens of Asucki.
