INDeCA/Askompernas (Military Communication Network) (WIP)

The Ikherian National Defence Communication Architecture (INDeCA) (Ikherian/Cyrillic Indonesian: Арситектур Комуникаси Пертаханан Насионал Икхериа - Аскомпернас/АСКОМПЕРНАС, Indonesian: Arsitektur Komunikasi Pertahanan Nasional Ikheria - Askompernas/ASKOMPERNAS) is a suite of Ikherian national defence and security communication networks, providing communication and information transfer services for the Ikherian Federal Defence Forces (IFDF), the parts of the Ikherian Federal Police, the Ikherian Federal Guard Service (IFGS), the National Security and Defence Committee (NSDC), the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal and Federal Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the intelligence agencies, as well other government entities (including foreign government agencies). The system comprised of several networks,
  1. National Defence Circuit-Switched Network (NDCSN)

    The National Defence Circuit-Switched Network provides the nationwide (with occasional Eurasian-wide or worldwide service coverage), multilevel non-secure and secure switched voice, data, facsimile, messaging, and video teleconferencing services. The network operate using combination of DTIS, the Internet Protocol, Frame Relay, and Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) systems, although majority of the network operate on DTIS and ATM-based network. The network operate independently of commercial network, using dedicated and hardened network switches and communication links.

  2. National Secure Switched Network (NSSN)

    The National Secure Switched Network is a dedicated secure circuit-switched network, providing multilevel secure switched voice, data, facsimile, and messaging, as well voice conferencing capabilities for the President of Ikheria, the Minister of Defence and the commanders of IFDF and their command centers, other high-ranking and important officials, military bases and facilities, the warfighters, other MoD and Federal Government agencies, the European Union, the CSTO and the CIS agencies, and other users. The system was connected via gateway to the NDCSN and NDPN. The system itself was independent from the NDCSN and designed to operate even in medium to global-scale nuclear war.

  3. National Defence Packet Network (NDPN)

    The National Defence Packet Network is IP-based counterpart of NDCSN and provide data-oriented services such as Intranet-level web services, SIP-based services, IPTV and video distribution, online collaboration, file transfer and sharing, and many others. The network runs on dedicated equipment and communication links and the links are encrypted using special-purpose IP line encrypting-decrypting unit.

  4. Ikherian Datalink Packet Communication Network (IDPCN)
