[hr][align=center][size=150][i]April 21, 2020- May 23, 2022. Over two years spent in [region]Kantrias[/region]. It's been one heck of a journey. During my stay here I was granted nobility, served as the Chancellor, became a member of the Order of Royal Knights, participated in numerous Nationstates events such as N-Days and Z-Days... I have made memories, both good and bad that I will treasure forever and never forget my experience there. As such, it would be unbecoming of me not to thank the people who made it possible. Thank you, Reborn Empire of Ulm would have never been what it is today without you.[/i][/size][/align]
[size=120]I will begin by adressing my comrades in Arastian Sea Treaty Organization. Firstly, I would like to apologize. You were the best allies I could have asked for, you were always there for me and always had my back. I'm truly glad I have met you. I apologize for not being able to do the same for you. I entrust the future of ASTO to you. You can either preserve it or start anew. The choice is yours.[/size][hr]

[nation]Uclosa[/nation]- [i],,Ulm is Uclosa and Uclosa is Ulm''[/i], that's what we used to say. However, now it is clear that you were always the stronger of the Jäger brothers. I admit defeat without shame and admire your persistence. I really wish it was not the final goodbye, but it is. Goodbye Uclosa, warmongering will not be fun without you.

[nation]Bruderschaft Des Deutsche Volkes[/nation]- Out of all veteran Kantrian nations, you were always the one I had the most fun interacting with. Your RP posts were truly great, it's a shame that we will not be able to hunt anomalies, rescue tank geezers or play DnD together. I will miss it.

[nation]Southern Sulter[/nation]- You were the one who invited me to the Nationstates, without you there would be no Reborn Empire of Ulm. Inside NS and outside NS you were always my friend and I thank you for that. In the end, you were right. Here's to the new beginning!

[nation]Too-Technical Japan[/nation]- I do not even know where to begin. Your positivity, art, stories... were it not for you, I would have left long time ago. You are the main reason RMB is still alive, world's whole supply of flex tape could never achieve what you do. Zoygaria called you [i],,Kantrias's Ray of Sunshine''[/i] and I echo that statement. I hope we will be seeing each other in CCA.

[nation]Ramalia Shanatopian[/nation]- You might have been Europeian, but to me you are more Kantrian than some Kantrian nations. Without you, the old good Kantrias community wouldn't have been the same. You return opened many possibilities, alas they are not to be. If we will see each other again, it will probably be in Europeia.

[nation]The Blue America[/nation]- I am sorry for the bunkers, it was not very cash money of me now that I look at it. I have always found your nation's lore very intriguing and I regret that I will not be there to see it complete. I would love to share some Blue Pizza with you again, but that's unlikely. May the future be Blue.

[nation]Great Apathonia[/nation]- You are not really ASTO member, but I doubt anyone would have objected to you joining, you still may. I admit, my first impression of you when you joined during the N-Day was not very favourable, but you grew on me over time. Your lore and conlangs are very in depth and I can see you put a lot of effort into it.

[hr][size=120]Next, I would like to thank all of you who weren't my allies, but were there and made Kantrian community what it was. It just wouldn't have been the same without you. I can't imagine Kantrias in which you are missing. Such place would either never come to be or wouldn't be worth mentioning[/size][hr]

[nation]Zoygaria[/nation]- Your flags, lore, RP posts... Kantrias is simply not Kantrias without them. If previous disappearances were holes in the wall that was Kantrias, your departure made it crumble for me.

[nation]Arbutus[/nation]- My fated rival. You and I are completely opposite, our nations couldn't be more different. However, what we have in common is potatoes. Our battle was legendary, but it ends now. I sincerly hope your harvests will be plentiful.

[nation]The Seraph Foundation[/nation]- Your art and lore dispatches are great, few can compete with them Seraph Foundation and it's proxies added unique flavour to the region. I never got to travel alongside you, but your nomad region was a very nice place and I liked it there. See ya in CCA.

[nation]Akaramo[/nation]- I imagine that my jingoism was annoying as hell. For that, I apologize. I admit that I went overboard with being in character. I hope you do not hold it against me and that we will be able to start fresh in CCA. Thank you for being you.

[nation]Leutria[/nation]- Kantrias couldn't have asked for a better king and as long as you were there, Kantrias prospered. You are one of the few who truly understood RMB and cared about us. I apologize for being the prodigal son of Kantrias, but it's for the best. I hope that it will thrive under your guidence.

[nation]The Dutch SouthEast India Company[/nation]- Well, well, well. Never thought I would mention the arsonist in this section, but you are also integral part of Kantrias despite your bad habit of setting things on fire. Good luck searching for the original recipe and hoarding spice.

[nation]Greater Kamilistan[/nation]- Your randomness was always a pleasant addition to the RMB, as was your nation's lore. It was good to have you there.

[nation]Kitsunara[/nation]- Upon your arrival, you quickly became a member of the community. Interactions with you were fun and there's isn't anyone who wouldn't like a nation with foxies. Kitsunes ftw.

[nation]Kazmira[/nation]- I may no longer have Honjō Masamune, but if you ever want a rematch, you can try stealing Gram. Would be nice to settle it once and for all.

[nation]Lucora[/nation]- You always reminded my of Zoy with your extensive lore and cool dispatches. I really looked forward to the little project that you, Akaramo and Zoygaria had.

[nation]Machimica Luna[/nation]- [spoiler=Binary]01011001 01101111 01110101 01110010 00100000 01100110 01101100 01100001 01100111 01110011 00100000 01100001 01101110 01100100 00100000 01101100 01101111 01110010 01100101 00100000 01100001 01110010 01100101 00100000 01100100 01100001 01101101 01101110 00100000 01100110 01101001 01101110 01100101 00101110 00100000 01010111 01101001 01110011 01101000 00100000 01001001 00100000 01100011 01101111 01110101 01101100 01100100 00100000 01101000 01100001 01110110 01100101 00100000 01110011 01100101 01100101 01101110 00100000 01101101 01101111 01110010 01100101 00100000 01101111 01100110 00100000 01110100 01101000 01101111 01110011 01100101 00101110[/spoiler]

[hr][size=120]Lastly, I would like to thank the nations that no longer exist on Nationstates, but still mean a lot to me. You may be gone, but your legacy remains.[/size][hr]

[nation]Sydkai[/nation]- I never got to know you well, but interactions with you were fun while they lasted. You will always be a member of ASTO to me.

[nation]Rylolania[/nation]- My first enemy. War that we waged was worth of a song, without you there would be no ASTO. I imagine I also owe you apology as I feel that I have went too far with ASTO domination and countering.

[nation]Saldagon[/nation]- You gave me something to strive for. You unreasonably high stats gave me determination to improve my nation so that one day I could give you a challange. Only after you left did I realize how meaningless being number one is.

[nation]The exiled canadians[/nation]- You were probably the only truly neutral nation in Neutral Nations Block and one of the Shinies. RMB never really was the same after you left. If you ever return to NS, my offer to turn igloos into giant killing machines still stands.

And many more who didn't manage to leave their mark, but were there with us.
